Quite possible the best jujitstu school in Frampton Cotterell!!I started jujitstu at 35 as a way of getting in shape and meeting people in a new town. I was surprised by how much fun it was and how much thinking is involved, it's like solving a puzzle. 4 years later and I've even been persuaded to compete.The people at the club are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It all lends itself to a great atmosphere, it feels like hanging out with friends, while training hard and learning new skills. 10/10 would recommend.

Our grandson started here first. We've taken him a few time and have been very impressed with how it's run. Grzeg's and Joel are fantastic coaches. My grandson who is 9yr old has done a variety of out of school activities. But I can truly say this is the best. It's like a big family, to see everyone smiling and encouraging each other is really good to see. My granddaughter who is 5yrs old as now joined and loving it as much as her brother.

Fantastic training environment for all levels of people that want to enjoy this great sport.The coaching team are adapted to train people new to the sport and looking at progressing through to higher level people.Kids classes are well structured too and allow for a great amount of fun and study for them,

Well where do I start.Before joining Gracie Barra Frampton Cotterell my confidence was low and I’m not afraid to say I had little to no respect for my self or others. After speaking to one of the instructors (George who is no longer an instructor) I found my self at crossbow house where the sessions take place. George introduced me to Greg who is the head instructor at Gracie Barra frampton Cotterell. Greg has been there for me since day one showing and teaching me the wonderful art of Brazilian jiu jitsu (BJJ). Not only has he been a great mentor on the mats he’s also been like an older brother off the mats also from giving me advice on everything from work to my mental well-being.My training partners have been amazing also. On my first day I didn’t know anyone apart from George who I mentioned earlier. But that didn’t matter everyone was super nice and super helpful and patient with me. Since the time I’ve been training at GB frampton cotterell I’ve see people come and go for various reasons but are team is getting bigger and “stronger together”. With lots of opportunities for competitions to test your ability at it increases or just for the fun, fitness and self defense side of jiu jitsu Gracie Barra Frampton Cotterell is the place for you!!!!EllisStronger togetherOss
