Superb customer service. Boys absolutely loved it! Great 2-3 hours spent in the half term and reasonably priced too with a hot dog, drink and 5 games!

Great children's party. All the staff were really lovely and very helpful. Everyone had a great time. Great value and all very easy. Would highly recommend.

Aaron was absolutely fantastic today! My sons 6th birthday party at another venue was cancelled with a days notice and Laser Quest accommodated us and even went to extra lengths with food drinks, hung our piñata up and let us enjoy the space saving the day for my sons birthday! Really can’t thank you enough Aaron! :) x

I booked this for a hen party and was unsure after as the reviews seem hit and miss. We however had a very good time and a lot of fun. It’s a dated building for sure but if anything it made me feel nostalgic of older arcades and such. The staff were polite and answered any questions as and when. We had no issues during our time there, we were playing against a kids party but the rules clearly state out no targeting/hunting people and no bad language, and we absolutely tried our best as a group of 27-32yo females to make sure we didn’t disrupt their fun whilst still absolutely having our own fun. The video played beforehand is clear with rules and directions and everything went to plan.I would go again - the price I feel covers the experience had (but we traveled from London so our expectation of price may be higher?) and I feel I got exactly what I paid for. I think it was a very fun activity and the consensus was that for the whole group I went with. Great competitive spirit generated too! We still can’t believe a player nicknamed Prime beat us all!!!!!! GG

My son really enjoyed his 7th birthday party here. The team looked after them all really well, only feedback would be to have 2 Marshalls in the venue as the kids sometimes could not find someone if their battery went flat.

Went with my 2 kids last sunday for 3 hours. This was our first time, the staff were great and helpful and even came and joined us in a game when we asked them. Will definitely be going back again soon. Also got my steps in for the day too :)

We just had our 9 year old boys birthday party here and it was absolutely fantastic! They all loved the laser quest games and the manager and staff were super friendly making the whole day special for our boy. Couldn't recommend enough, we'll definitely be coming back.

Just took my nearly 7 year old and 12 mates for his birthday and they had the best time. The staff were amazing them, chicken nuggets were sooo good and the party bags were decent. Thank you for today! Only thing to note to parents is that people of all ages do it so unless you are booking exclusive or doing a special kids session then they could be up against a group of adults. It is well supervised so not an issue at all!

we have been a couple of times and it’s always really good fun. I first took our 8yo son and his friend and they put them with teenagers playing but I was really happy they were all very nice and included them and were really polite which was great. We also went as a family on a quiet day just us and we really loved it. Staff are great and helpful.
