Asda Rochdale Kingsway Supermarket

Really handy too have but lack of checkouts open is ridiculous, if your not buying cig's or lottery you get shooed off too self service, this is not acceptable when you have a trolley full of goods and there's long cues and 2 checkouts sat empty, no matter what time of day you go in its always the same, its obvious more staff are needed, i need a job!!!!

Visited this morning for potatoes, bread and tomatoes. Asked an assistant if they had any Maris Piper potatoes, he answered..I don't know ,I haven't finished unloading yet. Then I asked another assistant if they had any large Warburtons wholemeal, he answered,....they are around somewhere, and carried on with the conversation I'd obviously interrupted. I'm sorry, but is it too much trouble to help people, what happened to customer service.?

Not 24 hours" like the main one but stays open till late (23:00/11pm). Great if you need to get something for the morning. I've brought milk (seemed to still have quite a few) late at night. There weren't as many store attendants but I used the self serve which was quick and easy to use. Ample parking space as it is situated in the Kingsway Retail Park. Going late to Asda is always strange as it is much quieter. Guess the benefit or con of that is you're less likely to bump into anyone you know."

Absolute choas. At least week 3 now that this store have no baskets AT ALL , apparently they have all been stolen . I doubt they have all been stolen at the same time so why havnt they been replaced as the amounts dwindle down? They have now dwindled down to nothing! Customers are walking around balancing their shopping in their arms ! About 3 trollies available. Spoke to a young male staff member who had a out 4 items in a trolley while pricing them up or putting them back onto the shelf. I asked him if I could have the trolley and he refused stating that he needed it ! I said but I need it and I'm a customer? He said sorry I need it, so apparently he needed it more, as he wasn't prepared to walk around the store with the 4 items he needed to put back, balancing on his arms but yet he was happy for me to do it! This store does not deserve the custom.Just been back today guess what no baskets! Tasha you didn't sort this problem and this review was left 3 weeks ago. B& M bargains however Hove loads of baskets !Really really poor get a grip

A smaller version of Big Asda - obviously stocking fewer items. The slightly less products shouldn't put you off though. There's still a great range of choice.

It's a good place to go for your bits of stuff you need. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but it doesn't have the selection of things that the main Asda has to offer!

Nipped in to the store this morning, just a quick visit for a couple of essentials and lottery, I was at ease moving through the store, I was able to give others adequate distance. as I got to the self service till I needed assistance and hellen was happy to help it made it a quick and easy visit. Thanks

Usually well stocked even during this pandemic. Lovely helpful staff. Not the same amount of choice as other stores but this is a small store so should be expected.

It's a Small, But Busy Store, Usually quite well stocked up, earlier in the day, not so much towards the end of the day, it is situated at Kingsway Retail Park, there are several other stores here too, including a Vet Surgery at Pets at Home, Macdonalds etc.

Very busy store. Has everything I need each time I shop there.
