The waitresses are really helpful.The menu is very open-ended. You can pretty much order what you like.The food was served piping hot, cooked to order, and was very tasty.Really excellent decor. Distinctly Asian but with a modern twist. Trendy lighting with some beautiful Indian artwork on the walls. All was clean and tidy.The view is pretty good from the first floor location.There is a lift off you cannot manage the stairs.It's our local Indian restaurant and what a great one to have up the road from us.

Visited last night as a group of four, it was my first time visiting here and the staff were lovely and honestly it was the best Indian food I’ve eaten out in a long time. The food was excellent and well presented. I was very sad to see that a table walked out without paying claiming they had been waiting too long. Totally out of order and it really upset the team. We offered support and they explained that some of the team wasn’t able to work that night so they were very short staffed and as they cook each meal fresh from scratch this was why the wait was a little longer. This was a reasonable explanation and the food was worth the wait! I will be revisiting with family and friends and I think I have found my new favourite place for takeaway! People really need to be more understanding of small businesses and please, if there is a wait, just talk to the team working and more often than not there is a reason!

Only reason for extra star is the server was nice. Have to say this is some of the blandest food we have ever eaten, all of the curries had absolutely 0 spice no salt no spice and the garlic naan was just plain, the chapati’s were doughy and not fresh. The only thing that was actually nice and had some kind of flavour (mostly from the grill) was the lamb chops. Wanted to give this another chance after a last disappointing visit but it’s actually worse food than before. My dad ordered madras style and it had absolutely nothing to it and when I say nothing I’m not exaggerating. So disappointed

David was excellent made sure we knew what was available our food didn't take long really pleasant guy and although some may regard as small its a really pleasant place and you feel like your being given a great eating experience. We will go again

An excellent place to enjoy authentic curry and a large choice of beers, lagers and ciders. They also have alcohol free options for the designated drivers. These guys will also explain in depth anything you need to know off the menu and if you are still struggling, can produce an off menu dish for you.Been here a few times now and food is always hot, fresh and tasty. Pickle tray is more like a pickle afternoon tea with two levels of sauces and accompaniments for your poppadoms. The mixed sizzling starter for two is a great way to get a taste of everything this place has to offer for starters and I always go back to the garlic butter karahi for mains, plenty of sauce and meat of your choice great with either rice or breads. Might try the Achari next time on recommendation. Thank you Daud from Emma and family!

Usually order from somewhere such as International, Mumtaz or well known Indian food places but neither were coming up online. Saw this place and thought I'd order with it being local, I really wanted to love this food based on all the amazing reviews. I ordered via deliveroo tonight, got the samosa chaat starter, garlic butter chicken karahi and keema karahi for mains. Sadly the starter was completely inedible and was thrown in the bin, the samosas were horrificly dry, meat inside was pretty much black, not from spices but from being so dry and stale. Both mains were bland, no traditional karahi flavours whatsoever. Neither tasted as though they even contained salt?! So, so bland. You definitely get what you pay for here - although saying that its not far off being the same price as some much better well-known indian restaurants, if you want the traditional curry, don't order here.EDIT: My partner had horrific sickness throughout the night after eating here, I'm assuming the only reason i didn't is because i didn't actually eat anything. Would absolutely avoid.

Absolutely love this place! Staff are always friendly and happy to help. Food is to DIE FOR and really good value for money. We went for the early bird and there was an abundance for food. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely fantastic place. The best food and popperdom tray we have ever had and we have traveled India too. The food was devine. Would recommend butter chicken tikka. We were made to feel so welcome. The service was really spot on. Just enough to be made to feel welcome, to still having your own space. All the staff were also fantastic with our too little girls who also really enjoyed the whole experience. I have been telling all friends all about it. We will be back.

Excellent fresh flavoursome food @bhajisnbeer , great family run restaurant with a lovely menu and hommade, fresh and quality Indian food and all reasonably priced!
