What an amazing team!!!I came to get my DPF cleaned and they recommended me an inspection first. I know my car had a lot of problems already so I felt logical to get it checked by professionals.They didn’t only book me same day but gave me a detailed report on whats was going on with my vehicle. I was expecting a simple report on my DPF but they covered everything related to exhaust and engine.I am writing this positive feedback even after not having a very good news on repair costs. But a detailed review of my problems gave me a very good insight about my vehicle. Whoever feels £90 is too much for inspection and they already know what the fault is, I would recommend you to trust these guys because a single £90 report can not only educate you about your problems but also help you save a lot (which you’d most probably spend guessing about problems)Driving back without getting it repaired for now but I am extremely happy!Thanks a lot team. Took van in for a diagnostic on Monday, they rang me back same day with a quotation for the work& said if I wanted to go ahead would be ready Wednesday. They rang me by Tuesday afternoon saying Van ready to collect, amazing service, friendly staff& would highly recommend. Will definitely use them again in future when needed

DPF was nearly blocked. Booked in the Monday before Christmas. They found an underlying issue with the ECU which wasn'tnoticeable whilst driving. Looked like I was going to be without the car over Christmas but the lads pulled out all the stops and had it done by the next day. ECU reprogrammed EGR replaced and a nice clean DPF. Top service and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process.

Did a cracking job fixing my poorly Mazda 6 after Mazda's main deal in Bristol, Wessex Garages, tried to fleece me for an EGR / Carbon build up issue that was affecting engine airflow.Wessex Garages had quoted £1700 to fix it, with Mazda themselves refusing to make any contribution despite the vehicle being only just 5 years old, having done less than 50k with a FULL main dealer service history, and it being a 'known problem'. Bristol DPF had my car in for 2 days, ran diagnostics, confirmed the problem was nothing like as big as Mazda had claimed, cleaned all the carbon out and checked the EGR valve - all for the princely sum of £250 inc VAT.I've absolutely no hesitation recommending them anyone with EGR / DPF issues.

Honda CRV 2.2 DPF light with ! came on out of the blue. Honda quoted £2800 to replace it. Bristol DPF cost £90 for initial investigation led to a detailed report as these guys identify the root cause as they want to fix it long term. They took the time to explain the issue over the phone - Advised oil very dirty and needed changing which was likely the cause. It was due a service anyway so I arranged for this at a local garage. Unfortunately DPF was too clogged to be cleaned on-car so I booked in for removal and clean a week later, costing £660 which I think is reasonable as I trust they have done a good job and car is back to its normal performance (actually better mpg than before) thanks guys!

My journey started last August with the engine management light of my ford fiesta 1.5tdci coming on. After seeking advice from 2 independent garages (£800 spent) and Ford themselves and spending over £750 with Ford throwing parts at the problem with no satisfactory results, I bought it to these guys.. fantastic service. Communicated with me throughout the process via email and pictures of inside the air inlet pipe and manifold identifying the problem. Excellent job done at a very reasonable price. They even arranged an MOT. Can't fault them. I would recommend them all day long. I feel its unusual to find a garage that does the job you've asked them to do without taking you for a ride.
