Worked as night shift staff, Good people working in the company, such a shame that the service runs by stupid people, ops and service centre manager probably the worst you can ever see in the business, zero management and leadership skills. almost everyone left the company hate the managers. If these two people left, citysprint would be a much better company for sure. Good luck to those who are still there struggling....

Very poor communication, took 4 hours to collect and didn't update me until I chased them. Seem to not understand that if 'same-day' delivery ends up being past the end of a business day shoved through a letter box it may as well have been next-day.

After several failed deliveries despite us being in, I called the office for an update. The man on the phone was rude and condescending, no hint of an apology. He said he would call back and didn't. I ended up cancelling the order.

Never known such rudeness and helpfulness in my life. Rang the door bell and was about to drive off leaving bags of concrete on wet driveway and not wanting to move them even though we are in our 70s and very unwell, shouting at me and coming within a foot of me with no face covering.

great service: great pre-delivery communication, the tracker is the best I have seen, the time to deliver was completely accurate, and the chap who delivered couldn't have been more helpful, or more jolly. First Class!

Delivery arranged via wickes. I waited in for 5 hours, then phoned to be told that the delivery driver turned up and we werent in, and he waited 20 minutes, absolute rubbish, we live down a small lane and there is no way he was here. Dont trust them

Not sure if this is the fault of the local centre or CitySprint national, but very hard to get information - I was on hold for two hours, then when I showed up in person at the depot (as I had been told to), no one could tell me anything and my item wasn't there. I would give one star but a couple people did go out of their way to help; hopefully the company doesn't reprimand them for wasting time for it, as that seems to be the kind of business they run.

CitySprint - Bristol Service Centre
We’ve used city sprint for a few years and always had good service. However on Friday they accepted a booking, gave us estimated pick up time and then simply failed to pick up. After 3 missed deadlines I had to collect myself otherwise I would have let our client down. The telephone staff were polite but unless they have a driver confirmed they should not accept orders.
