Updating review, Upon reflection I think the support here was very poor. Since relocating elsewhere in the country, the support has been overwhelming and has kept me sober 60 days. However here they did not acknowledge or help me get medication (antabuse) which is really helped to keep sober alongside proper therapy. I feel like here they did not acknowledge the severity of my addiction or even offer rehab beacuse I wasn't physically addicted/dependent ". The ideas they suggested were poor compared to what I have been offered in Derby such as producing thought diary's

Went here for a urinalysis as part of a taxi driver private hire requirement. The staff seemed nice and friendly and it didn't take long.

I have to visit the recovery hub to be screened as I do have a habit of being addicted to opiates.Pharmaceutical opiates,not heroin,crack or any other street" drugs.The people working there are very nice and don't judge anyone.They may take a few days to get back to you

Great place for support and help if struggling with dependency of any substance or victim of abuse past or present.All staff are understanding and supportive and will doo all they can to help you recover but it has to come from.

if you suffer from addiction, please please please go there. you owe it to yourself.its a free drop-in center so you've got nothing to lose. its worth a try.the staff listen to you, the on-site doctor can prescribe treatment, the counsellors are knowledgeable, compassionate and can be contacted on the phone anytime you need to talk.this place is probably your best chance of getting clean. i've been clean for a few months now and there's no way i could've done it on my own.

Phoned for some support as really need some help, said remote help would be best in the first instance. The chap who answered said the soonest time I could get a telephone consultation is in 2 and half weeks!But I can just do a walk in and be seen tomorrow....Why can't I just get a call back tomorrow??With someone already struggling to seek help you should be making it super easy for them not creating barriers, which has made me feel like you can't help

If you a client already you will probably know what important services etc are available from the Hub. If you are however making enquiries looking for information etc, you will find the Hub to be informative most of the staff are helpful caring people a will do their best to help get what you see as your needs met, and will support where possible. and /or guide you to the most relevant services.
