Signed up for Too good to go surprise bag, Hoylake road, Moreton, paid yesterday, pick up between 18.30-19.00, arrived at 18.30, store shut, lights on, waited until 19.03 no sign of staff or surprise bag!!! Door shut but not secure & shutters up, no answer to phone calls, when we arrived all lights & screens these went off one at a time, obvs someone was still there!! First & last time of using this store.

The staff are lovely. And mum loves the steak bakes every week for her lunch. Also very nice cream doughnuts

I popped in whilst shopping and ordered a bacon baguette. I was served by a staff member with the customer service skills of Atilla-the-Hun and the manners of a Neanderthal. The baguette was stale, the bacon was cold and hard. Not the best Greggs in Wirral.

Greggs in Moreton is pretty similar to most other branches of Greggs, great for my traditional Saturday lunchtime coffee and cake. Perhaps elevated above most branches of Greggs by the extra helpful staff, particularly Danielle and the lovely Kelly!

Cheese and onion pasty is delicious if you are lucky enough to be served hot cause otherwise it is not worth it
