Absolute Shocking service!! Payment to us is now 3 months overdue & the phone message stating they have an early payment scheme only rubs salt into our wound!!!!!The council should be throughly ashamed of them selves making small business wait so long for payments.

These people are horrible! They obviously don't like talking with the public ,and decide to switch there calls off at any given time... I pray that they or a close family relative goes through the same troubles and problems and get meet with the same ignorance!

They never answer the phone when its an appointment only system, they have a few parking spaces which are always full and there is no parking available anywhere nearby. A traffic warden is always hanging around specifically because of this reason, racking up his bonuses......it is truly disgusting considering the fees they charge!!

Came into this place and was greeted in reception desk by the most rude, patronising and most unhelpful person. I cannot believe this woman is allowed to front your desk with such a dire attitude. If you don’t like your job, go do something else.

Shameful behaviour of taxi licensing staff,, who are working behind closed doors,, and telling drivers to do averything online ,, every other taxi licensing office in the UK are operating normal , so please get grip, and stop hiding,

Must only reply by emails, don't see the point if you have an emergency query, also can't see the logic of not being able to answer phone calls, didn't think coronavirus was transferrable through phone calls. Phoning hoping to get through by chance, very disappointing over last few days as can't get anything sorted.email replies take a long time for response why can't you have a live chat like other companies at least.

Staff have always been friendly and helpful as they can be . Feel sorry for the headache they go through on a daily basis . Birmingham city council need to pull their fingers out and stop cross border work as we have a lot more Wolverhampton drivers working in Birmingham than we do Birmingham drivers !!!

Not up to date with service, Not informing driver with Enough information, some time do not even answer call...Taking driver many as they like.100 of Wolverhampton council driver working in Birmingham.each council making money and old driver losing business day by day. It is a big Taxi transportation issue. Birmingham licensing authority Do not dam care..private hire taxi can’t use bus lane even though we pay the licensing office to provide transport service for general public, Haw authorities justify the Rule, its so hard to Explain....it has to improve for Good future... Thanks Abdul.....
