Dealt with Pat all the way through buying my car. He found me the perfect car even when I thought I might have found 'the one' on his site, he took his time to find me an even better one at another Evans Halshaw Dealership. He really puts the customer first, not the stereotypical 'car salesman'. Lewis was there on the day I picked up my car to make sure I was 100% happy, explained all paperwork in depth and showed me the key features of my new vehicle. Both Pat and Lewis were extremely helpful, professional and attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you!

Great garage. Great customer service. Bought our Peugeot 2008 SUV here. The staff are fantastic at looking after you and nothing is too much trouble. Even arranged to collect us to pick up our new car as well as followed up with courtesy calls to see how we were getting on with it.

Had a very pleasant experience dealing with this Evans Halshaw Branch. Was initially dealing with Stephen who gave me a comprehensive talk round the vehicles I was interested in and was present during test driving. He made me aware of all of the options that were available to me to protect myself following the purchase. Lewis handed the car over to me a couple of days later following Valeting and was very helpful in explaining service cover that was available as well as explaining all of the features of the car to me. Would recommend this dealer highly.

Totally non professional approach made me travel from London for a Honda Insight wich was damage and was still waiting for repairs they didn't even mention when I booked a view of the car and they made me drive all the way from London and when got on site it was still damage and they put mint condition car pictures which is totally a fraud they doingThe manager Andy is a shameless person who doesn't know what is customer care and what is called a business reputation

Excellent service from beginning to end. Rang up to book in for an appointment, and had one within an hour to test drive a car I was after. Was met by very polite and helpful staff at the garage. Luckily the car was exactly what I was after and the transaction ran very smoothly. I was able to collect the car within a couple of days, and was again met with good service and friendly faces. Emily, Lewis and the call centre staff were all extremely helpful throughout. The car itself is great and I haven’t had any issues (touch wood!), having had the car a few weeks now and driven over 1000 miles.

David and Lewis provided a friendly and efficient service. We were made to feel welcome and very much at home. They provided enough help and advice to ensure we were confident in our choice of car - and we drove away with the feeling of being a valued customer. Would recommend this dealership to our friends.

Outstanding service by Evans Halshaw. It was such a smooth process which made the experience a lot less stressful then I imagined it would be. The price of the car was also cheaper than what I’d seen at other places! Lewis was absolutely amazing in helping me find my new car and there was no pressure whatsoever. Couldn’t fault him at all! He’s extremely approachable, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted.

I have just bought a car from Evans Halshaw Peugeot. I am extremely pleased with the service from Kevin Thomas (Used Car Specialist) From the outset I was given the freedom to make the choice of car right for me and nothing was too much trouble for Kevin. He gave me the best deal there was and spent time going through the car and it's gadgets with me making sure I was happy with my choice. To my surprise he rang me up after I left the dealership to ask me if I was happy with my choice which I thought was a lovely touch. I cannot recommend Kevin Thomas or Evans Halshaw Peugeot enough....Slick service, helpful, caring and excellent value for money.Michelle Harness

I have never used Peugeot Evans Halshaw before.My experience has been excellent with regards to directs customer service for all in this dealership.A pleasant welcome from Lewis in sales, made it an enjoyable experience when test driving especially (dancing away to the music).I was offered assistance with putting my reg plate on and taking the old one off.I had taken the car on to have a few minor bits done to it as agreed and the service from the service department was fantastic. Work was carried out on time and I was kept informed of when to collect it.The down side of my experience was the admin. I had finance on a car that I gave back and it took 10 days for it to be paid off. This was not the fault of branch though as they were very keen to help sort the matter.
