Sofology Coventry

I ordered my Sofa & Armchair from Sofology Coventry, the experience in store was great. Unfortunately my Armchair was delivered with a horrendous defect (Picture attached). Sofology have taken almost a month since delivery to engage with me on this issue, and are now refusing to provide any replacement item or refund. All of this was logged at Delivery with the delivery team.I am currently waiting for resolution via the Ombudsman - Avoid this company like the absolute plague, shop at somewhere which values your business. £4000 for a subquality product.

Great experience. Went here after going to another Sofology store, just to get a second view of a sofa we were interested in. After finding it we sat and discussed, before Dav came over and had a chat with us about it. We were torn between a single and foot stall or a double, to which Dav provided useful information to help us decide. He was very helpful and gave us time to talk and to make a decision. Would definitely recommend and thank you to Dav for the help.

We recently bought a sofa from here, we found everyone to be friendly and extremely helpful, and in particular a shout-out to Lisa for helping us so much with our sofa choice. She was very helpful from the minute we walked in, right through to walking out the door. Thank you very much, we would shop here again without hesitation.

Jason, Wendy and Mariola delivered amazing service, stayed back well beyond their closing time and really helped us choose the correct items and were friendly and helpful. Very good team at this store, very pleased.

One way system very clear to understand

Cordelia leather is of the poorest quality stained, wrinkled and seats have sunk in less than 12 months. Sofology sent out an engineer who said This is to be expected if you sit on the sofas" Absolute rubbish don't waste your money."

After visiting other sofa stores we decided to visit sofology Coventry. We was greeted straight away by a lovely lady called Wendy (I think. Sorry if that’s wrong). No pressure or sales jargon. Advised us where to look for sizes, prices and other versions of the sofa in question. Me and my wife had a walk round the store and the Canterbury sofa was our favourite. We decided to pop next door to dfs but that was a mistake. Nobody greeted us or spoke to us and the sofas were not as good as sofology. Went back into sofology and Wendy who again greeted us like we was family walked us through the process of buying the sofa we liked. She understood we needed something for our new home and she was wonderful. I have to give credit to every member of staff as all staff made the effort to speak to us. Working in sales myself this goes a long way. Thank you for your help and we cannot wait for our sofa to be delivered in a few weeks time.

Ordered sofa beginning of year turn out to be faulty been told replacement is delayed again. In the meantime a chair we ordered in august delayed twice due for delivery today guess what not turned up stores are first class after sales a waste of time. They take your money and then not bothered.
