Literally the best cinema in Sheffield.Beautiful buildings, super friendly staff that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. It’s a proper little peaceful haven nestled in the middle of town.

Lovely smaller cinema, often quite empty which is a shame because it's always a lovely atmosphere and quite cheap. Often go there to catch a film last minute

The sweetest little cinema I've ever been to, incredibly relaxed vibe and staff are so friendly, tickets are cheap. Didn't even know it existed as it's so well hidden but it's well worth a visit even just for a coffee or a drink. The rooftop terrace is amazing too, what an amazing place, I'll be back soon!

Went to see Barbie! The building looks great, nice friendly staff. We got some cocktails which weren't the best but still nice. The only let down was how cramped it felt, the seats are a little too close together, and our seats were right under an emergency light and behind the speakers so we moved as the screening wasn't full, but would have been a big let down if we had paid full price to sit under a green light all evening.

Don’t waste your time, just go to The Light Cinema! Honestly so confused as to why this place has good reviews?!The chairs are comparable to bus seats, very uncomfortable.. The food/drink selection is the most expensive I’ve seen in my life. £3.70 for a glass bottle of coke, no fountain drinks, popcorn was pretty shoddy. The whole place carry’s a vibe like it’s a home cinema in a celebrity’s house. Unfortunately, they are expecting their customers to earn celebrity wages to pay for the mediocre offering.

Incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Really comfy seats and great sized screens in the cinemas. The bar has an awesome food and drinks selection. There's a cosy bar area upstairs to sit in when it's raining and play board games and a lovely terrace to have a beer on in the sunshine.

What a hidden gem this place is. Love, love, love this place. Took my niece to watch Sing2. She’s never been to the cinema, only 5yr old. She absolutely loved every minute. Staff were brilliant, place was really clean and we both can’t wait to come back. No plastic waste with the tubs of sweets and popcorn. Lovey mocktail for me. The building itself started life as a house! In the 18th century. Then a bank. And now the best cinema in town. Thank you.

Lovely cinema. Don't expect big screens but it is a much nicer experience than one of the bigger chains.
