Great, fast service.

Absolutely awful shop! I just went to pick up my parcel that it says was delivered there and the owner, very rude, says that it was a heavy parcel and didn't have room for that. So, he said to the delivery man (Yodel) to take it back. I couldn't believe what he was saying. It made me really angry and the way he talked to me. I think you can say things in different ways! And the wife is the same, she didn't even want to give me my parcel when it was there. Only because my last name was too long to put it in the label and they cut it off. Definitely, not use them for delivery!

The worst corner shop I’ve ever been too. Can’t even pay card

Had a Yodel parcel from John Lewis delivered here, Yodel app said it had been delivered but rude shop owner couldn't find it. He said he had turned parcels away the night before as didnt have the room. Yodel had confirmed delivery and i asked if that was the case, why the app didn't show that the parcel had been returned to driver, he said it wasn't his problem!! He refused to help or apologize just told me to call Yodel. I know have to go through all the hassle of trying to track parcel and prove that i don't have it (and also prove that he doesn't have it!) The shop is so disorganised and owner is always unfriendly, such a waste as could be a great shop. Don't use for deliveries!!
