Alan and Kelly were extremely helpful from the time of my first email communication was received, throughout the entire process. Additionally, as I do not live close to property, I entrusted my Project Manager to work with Alan & Kelly in the colour's of carpet and flooring required in property. The work was carried out professionally and also with little involvement. Having seen the property for first time since works completed, I'm extremely pleased with end-result. The complete process from order to fitting was carried out in a professional, efficient and excellent manner. All appointments were made and kept and to time and we found Alan friendly and very informative.On the day of fitting, both he and Michael carried out an excellent job for which we are absolutely delighted. They cleared up afterwards and left the bedroom in pristine condition.We would have no hesitation in recommending this company based on their efficiency, professionalism and high quality of service.

We've used Mid Sussex Flooring and Carpets twice and will be using them for the remainder of our house. Alan and Kelly are both super friendly, helpful and responsive and gave us lots of options to suit our budget and gave us advice on the carpet choices based on the purposes of each room.The fitting is expertly done (with a smile) and we really love our new carpets.

This is the third time we have used Mid Sussex flooring, wouldn’t think about going anywhere else. Alan and Michael were both highly professional, courteous, punctual, and left the room looking fantastic and very clean & tidy!Would definitely recommend and will continue to be a regular customer.

Really helpful and responsive. Turned up on time! (I didn’t know tradies could do that!) Did our front room to such high quality that we called them back to do the rest of our house. Plus, they’re lovely people! I wish all tradespeople were this exceptional.

Fantastic service and quality from Mid Sussex Flooring. They were responsive, checked in regularly to make sure everything was OK with the order, were helpful, polite and observed Covid protocols very well. I can highly recommend them, we're delighted.
