My wife and I went to home audio today and meet James who was really helpful and very knowledgeable.James pointed us in the right direction and was kind enough to write everything down what we needed to set us up for a good home entertainment system.Would definitely recommend

You can't fail to be impressed with the obvious passion they have for home audio, and there is none of the 'snobbery' often attached ( perceived or real ) to high end Audio product retail. whether you are just getting into it, or have been ( like us ) for many many years, there is no better resource than someone that can help you get what you actually want. If you are after GENUINE help and assistance on your Hi-Fi journey then you would do no better than speak with James. He is the type of dealer that you want to engage with. He will happily spend as much time as you want or need in discussing options and suggesting solutions without ever being pushy.He has come to my home a few times now to demonstrate equipment and also loaned me items to allow a considered purchase (or not).James has great connections too and will often be able to obtain and/or demo equiment not readily obvious on the website so I suggest asking him if you have an interest in something.Real old school values of customer care and great equipment!

James was selling some speakers on behalf of a friend, an ebay sale. I got a huge bargain. My personal logistics are I live 'oop North', work at Heathrow and lodge near by. I do shift work. I needed to pick up on a Sunday, when they are closed. James and Tamara were more than happy to open up just for me. James had set up my purchase so I could hear them. For the first time. Impulse purchase. After meeting for the first time and some enjoyable chat James left me to have a listen. There was absolutely no rush or pressure from either. I could have stayed a lot longer and enjoyed a good chat with both, or just listen to the awesome speakers I had just bought. But I had a long drive home. It is clear both are passionate and knowledgeable about HiFi. If you get a chance to visit their shop do so. When you leave you will know you have met good people, you will get very good and honest advice, and you will want to return. I know I do. And when the opportunity is there I will. Or maybe bump into them at a HiFi show, if they go. Very highly recommended.

James called round to check some speakers that had started to sound distorted. He diagnosed the problem as loose foam touching the drivers. An easy fix in the end but he knows his stuff. Very impressed and grateful!

I visited the shop with a Thorens record deck which wasn't working properly.The proprietor was extremely helpful and knew instantaneously what was to be the likely cause. He managed to fix the issue on site. He also kindly re balanced the needle and made sure everything worked prior to my departure. Very knowledgeable and I was very grateful. The deck works perfectly now.
