Just been for a Neck shoulder and back massage here . Was lucky enough to get an appointment straight away,As they had a cancellation. I had read the reviews about Kay and today I met her for the first time .I explained the stress I have been underAnd she was good at putting me to ease .I am always a bit apprehensive about having massages but today Kay did such a nice job. She made sure to ask if the pressure was ok and she massaged into my knots. I find it hard to relax during massages, but I was ok and I felt in good hands. The treatment was for 30mins.,It is well worth it . I have made a return appointment for next month ,I think I will treat myself to a massage by Kay once a month from now on .Thank you Kay. Highly recommend.

Ive been here a few times for my lashes and hair and every time I go away so happy! The staff are lovely and the salon is always so clean and professional.

Lovely salon, it's a shame some of the hairdressing staff are so unwelcoming and constantly look miserable, it is difficult to get a smile out of them. I have used this salon a few times for hair and beauty. I must admit that the lady that does the hot stone massage (Kay) is pleasant, polite and gives an excellent massage. I also have my manicure and pedicure with her, the previous time was great but my most recent visit (and not the therapist's fault), was average. The nail polish that I chose was hard and too thick. Kay tried to fix this with a thinner but my nails did not look as if I did them at the salon. Also, the therapist was given the wrong info, I booked a package which had a deluxe pedicure but she was told I was having an indulgence pedicure. It was only when I asked about the paraffin wax for my feet that we discovered my treatments were recorded incorrectly.I was pleased to have a nicer lady cutting my hair on this occasion. However, she asked who had cut my hair previously as it looked all uneven... When I told her I had my hair cut at the very same salon previously, she seemed a bit surprised. This shows how little interest the previous person actually took in my hair cut. It's frustrating when you are paying for a service yet you are made to feel as if they are doing you a favour. That is how I felt with the previous hairdresser at this salon.At the time of paying, I was asked for a larger amount than the treatment package price which was advertised on the website. I had previously booked this package with no issues. I showed the lady at the till the price on the website and advised I had paid a deposit prior to my treatments, but she argued that those were old prices. She went to speak to someone she claimed was a manager and came back a minute later saying the they updated their website but it takes a couple days for the new prices to show up... I didn't appreciate being fobbed off, especially as I know websites can be updated instantly. It was clearly lies as several weeks later and the prices do not appear to be updated.If the person who actually booked me in had told me their prices had changed, I would have agreed then to pay the new price. Even though they read through the whole package with me from their website at the time of booking, there was no mention of this. Eventually a lovely lady called Veena come to assist and explained what had happened and that extra price was due to the hot stone massage as they no longer offered a lava shell massage. To be honest, if they had just explained this to me at the time of booking or when I arrived at the salon, I would have been happy to have a Swedish massage or any alternative. I only had the hot stone massage as that is what they booked me in for and I thought it was part of the package I booked. This experience put a damper on what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day for myself. Disappointing. If your prices have changed, update your website or if you can't update your website, take it down, as it is misleading and false advertising.I will definitely return for massages with Kay as she is brilliant. I hope to have a better overall experience next time.

By far the best facial I have ever had which was done today by the wonderful Kay. Kay was absolutely brilliant & I left the salon feeling so relaxed & refreshed. So impressed that I immediately booked my next facial with Kay. Kay is always so welcoming & makes you feel very comfortable. She’s also done my eyebrows which she did beautifully & I will now only go to Kay for my treatments! Thank you Kay, you are super!

**Elemis Biotec Facial Therapy**I came to a highly standard salon for resurfacing biotec facial with steam to help with pores and congestion.I'm impressed with one of the staff, Kay, she was friendly and able to communicate with me as I am Deaf.She was so amazing with biotec facial treatment and massage of my face, shoulder, and arms.Also, thanks to Veena for her advice when I had rough skin with pores.I recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues.

I got a hair cut here and I have never looked uglier. I cannot stress this enough don't go ESPECIALLY if you have curly hairI wanted to get a hair cut the day before my birthday, she didn't offer to style it just to blow dry it, but I have curly hair that's not what it would have looked like so I declined.I washed and styled my hair and it has never looked worse. I called them up and the lady said she would fix it the next day, I move my birthday plans over to come and she's not there. some other lady says that the hair cut is technically good but I don't care if the cut is even if it doesn't look good. the other lady refuses to fix it and then the manager comes in and says that she'll blow dry it. I see what it looks like blow-dried and BURST into tears. They didn't refund me, they didn't fix it they just told me to deal with it. My only regret is that I can't show you it because I wear a headscarf. I had to wear extensions on my birthday it ruined my day.

I recently had a pedicure and eyebrow threading at glamorise hair and beauty salon. I loved it. Amazing place and very professional staffs . Kat i loved your service. Kat u r very friendly, professional and amazing. I highly recommend this salon.

I just have visited a saloon to fix my eyebrows and I am very happy with the service. Veena did a gret job for good price. I am so happy with my look now and I can't recommend Veena enough. I did my eyebrows an 1and a falf ago(with another therapist) and the resolt wasn't good at all. I was upset, but could do nothing about it. The shape and colour weren't good. Eyebrows are the most important part of our face, they make us look yanger, when they are done properly. But when the eyebrows are not done well, this can upset us a lot. My advice is, go to places where the specialist is really good and has experience. Because this is a long run change. Itis for more than a year on your face. Thank you Veena! I can't stop looking my lovely new eyebrows.

Glamorise salon was recommended to me by my daughter, who goes there regularly for beauty and hair treatments. The salon is very clean. Spick and span. The ladies working there are welcoming, polite and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. I went for a cut and blow dry and was very happy with the result. My stylist gave me a thorough consultation and lots of advice about looking after my hair. Very happy.
