LRF 2 Gym

This gym is on another level - the best for miles around! Great atmosphere and absolute top of the range equipment... so many amazing quality machines and large free weights area too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a top quality gym in Kent.

Went to LRF 2 today to train legs and what a gym, it’s clean and tidy everything where it’s meant to be the atmosphere was great, friendly staff and the best equipment around. It is a paradise for machine nerds with the likes of Prime, Atlantis, Nautilus and Hammer & Strength just to name a few. The leg equipment was on another level, you normally only see these pieces on American’s YouTube channels, finally got to see what the hype was all about. Great thought has gone into making this gym what it is. I will definitely be going back for more sessions and if you live close by you would be mad not to join as a member!

One of the best gyms I've ever been to, definitely the best in this part of the world. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, the gym is well stocked with products to purchase from Protein to Pre Workout and the additional items such as clothing and food are very good quality. Then there's the actual gym! The layout is easy to maneuver around, the quality of all equipment is of the highest calibre .... I cannot recommend this gym any more highly.

F***ing phenomenal.I've outgrown more local places to me like Snap Fitness etc and someone mentioned to me about LRF and LRF2 in Herne Bay. I went for a trial, went back and signed up the next day. It's ADHD kid in a candy shop material. The quality of machines and the way they target the intended muscles is spectacular (largely Prime and Hammer Strength machines), they're all superbly maintained (even the adjustment knobs on cardio machines are greased) and the place is the cleanest gym I've ever seen.No bullsh*t, no weights laying around, staff are friendly and helpful. I am in love.

Great new gym for all types of members trying to achieve fitness related goals. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the equipment is never ending and has such variety for any type of training. Would highly recommend!

Good equipment they need to work on their climate control either too hot or winter comes and you train In a hoody.

Fantastic, brand new gym. The best one in the area! Very well equipped, spacious, great music and atmosphere. Super friendly staff, welcoming members. Free parking on site too which a bonus.
