Donna provided on the day wedding coordination for our wedding in Northumberland, and she was fantastic - from helping in the lead up to the wedding (including regular catch-up meetings which are easy to book), to keeping us all to time on the day, and to manning our ice luge!! I could not recommend Donna enough, she was the absolute dream to work with for our wedding. We were one of the many many unlucky couples to have to postpone and rearrange due to Covid, but I can honestly say it couldn't have been simpler with Donna. All of the suppliers know and trust her, so in moving dates there were no requests for more deposits, cancellations, or issues. I spoke with her often over the course of two years, and it really felt like she became a member of my family over that time.On the day everything was taken care of behind the scenes, I had absolutely no worries about anything going wrong and her and her team not being able to handle it. It was also lovely to be able to share the day with her after talking for so long about it!I would recommend Donna and her team to anyone planning a wedding thats a little bit different, without hesitation. Donna is a such a hero. We could never have organised our wedding without her. She brought so much great local knowledge of suppliers and helped us resolve so many issues in the lead up to the wedding. Her on the day coordination was amazing and much needed. We honestly can’t thank Donna enough. It is not actually possibly to describe what an absolute LEGEND she is! Donna and NEWP were invaluable on our wedding day. We used the on-the-day coordination service but they were helpful throughout the full process of planning our wedding, with multiple catch-up calls which were easy to schedule, and many helpful emails, suggestions and resources. We also had some great site visits to our rural venue, which were essential to making sure the day was a success. On the day (and in the weeks before), every tiny thing was handled perfectly from start to finish, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day. Nothing was out of the question; they understood what we wanted and made it happen. They were professional throughout and we had no doubt that everything was under control from start to finish.We couldn’t have had our dream wedding without Donna and the team.

Trying to organise a wedding 400 miles away + covid was a lot more anxiety-inducing than we expected but we are SO glad we found Donna to help! I first met Donna after our original florist pulled out of doing our flowers for our wedding and from the moment we had that first coffee I knew she would get what I wanted and not just recreate someone else’s design off instagram. I had another meeting later that day and I knew within 10 minutes of meeting the other woman that Donna was the only woman for the job. She got my desire not have nothing pastel or white amongst our flowers and perhaps me being the least traditional girly bride ever!Donna’s support along this journey was great and it was great to work with a fellow creative to see out my vision for one of the most important parts of my big day. I recently worked with Donna and her team as a wedding celebrant for her client. From start to finish Donna was a joy to work with, good humoured, straight talking and highly skilled. This woman knows how to pull an amazing, incredible, and insanely complicated wedding together and make it look easy.This particular wedding was the epitome of opulence. Two huge marquees brimming with the most beautiful flowers and greenery, festoon lights everywhere, a real clever use of the space, with a glamping village, staff rest/catering area, gorgeous decorations, and a host of wonderful suppliers. It was a joy to be part of it, and clearly she had brought her clients vision to life, as they had the hugest smiles on their faces the whole day! Great job Donna, can’t wait for the next time! Xx
