DPD Local UK

One of my deliveries arrived within the stated time slot the driver was very friendly. My second delivery time slots kept changing wasted the whole day waiting to be then updated at teatime my delivery won't be made until 'possibly' Monday.... Paid extra for NEXT day delivery!! DPD told me to take it up with who I made my purchase from... They weren't interested. Not a happy customer at all

This is the most incompetent company I have ever came across. Waited for the driver by the front window for 4 hours and I got a text message that said nobody was home. No driver came to my home at all that day. Telephoned the office and they done everything they could to get me off the phone. The drivers and the people that answer the phone are totally inept and their attitude is appalling. Do not use this company! You have been warned!

They did 4 attempts to deliver...I was always there and waiting but It never happened...The fourth was a local drop off (off licence)...;they emailed that it's late and they lost the delivery date ..... Next day they emailed that it's delivered....after 3 weeks waiting. The guy at the shop he said he never got my package...then I tracked it on DPD app to find out that my package is returning back to seller. Clowns !

RUINED A BIRTHDAY!!! I ordered my sister a birthday cake to be delivered to her home. We had recently lost both our grandparents within 3 months of each other, with the most recent occurring 3 weeks ago. So as a nice surprise I ordered her a cake. I got a confirmation email to say that it would be delivered on the 29th (the day before her birthday), I waited for the delivery window confirmation which didn't arrive. Waited all day and it didn't change, just said it was at the liverpool depot. Thenu around 6pm it changed to say they had a 1 day delay and it would now be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I get an email saying it will be delivered today (the day of her birthday), again waiting for the delivery window email which never came. Worried it wasn't going to arrive I called DPD who reassured me that it would arrive that day. Surprise surprise it did not. Now it has ruined my sisters birthday after an already rubbish year. They are disgraceful. I would give 0 stars but that wasn't an option.

Your driver by the name ‘Aureal’ at the L25 area does not even attempt to deliver parcels, we were sitting in the porch and received an email 2 seconds later ‘sorry we missed you’.

Rude and unprofessional drivers of late. Never used to be a problem until recently. Lazy and leave heavy items on my doorstep knowing i will struggle to lift them inside. Repeated damaged boxes that are undeliverable. Will be looking at other couriers for the future

Convenient to drop parcels off. Once they squashed one of our parcels. It must have been driven over by something as it was as flat as the proverbial pancake. They lost a star for that.

Waited in all day for a delivery before 12pm- on 19/11/22. I was working in my front garden from 9am until 3pm - no delivery now saying was delivered at 10:30am on 19/11/22.So is your driver a thief?? Or like the item invisible!!No help from DPD, but I do have the name of the driver from the Liverpool and Warrington branch. You asked me to rate him.. haha is that a joke!Watch how this doesn’t get posted.

Professional service, delivers as promised and on time. I recommend DPD to anyone. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
