Poor quality some heads droopy not good ,have removed droopy flowers and replaced them added greenery so the purchaser won’t be disappointed when he sees them

Should make customers fully aware of delivery process. Absolutely ruined a rather expensive birthday surprise by leaving the flowers, WITHOUT PERMISSION with a NEIGHBOUR, to potentially be ruined!

My friend was delighted with the stunning and beautifully fresh tulips I sent for her birthday. Elizabeth Florists were lovely on the phone and helped me make a good choice. If I ever want to send flowers again they would definitely be my first port of call.

Excellent service would highly recommend. I had to send a floral tribute at short notice for delivery on New Years Eve. I spoke to Kate and she was extremely helpful and very kind . The hand - tied arrangement was beautiful . Thank you !!

Paid £23 for a flower delivery for my wifes birthday and what a disappointment. Just a small handful of flowers looking very tired and wilted and they were all dead in 4 days. A complete waste of money, very poor value and poor quality, would have been better off buying a bunch from a petrol station for £5. Dont waste your money here.
