Cineworld at Silverburn has very friendly staff and eager to help out. The seats are comfortable and great sound. Also the toilets are kept lovely and clean and tidy.

IMAX takes it to 4 stars. The negative is for lack of reclining seats as is standard at almost all other Cinema franchises these days. Could complain about food prices but all cinemas are the same and theres various ways to get external deals. Staff also pointed out more value for moneu deals when ordering food.

The cinema is nice but issues have mounted up this year to leave feeling negative, people sleeping in screenings, fire alarms and films not being put back on afterwards 4 times this year, found and then lost my unlimited card, seats being broken, I know some of these are not their fault but it has been building all year

Extremely poor customer service when ordering drinks. The young male member of staff had no idea what types of wine were available and couldn't even confirm whether red or white. He simply asked us to just look for ourselves. Staff require much better training.

This cinema probably has the best screen in Scotland. For 1.78/1.89:1 IMAX release the screen is perfect and you won't find a better IMAX experience in Scotland. I come here for most IMAX releases that I want to watch. As far as food and drink goes you get what you expect from cineworld.It's accessible via stairs or an escalator but lifts are availableIf I want to watch a 1.43:1 release such as Oppenheimer or Dune, I have to go to Manchester as Scotland doesn't have any screens/projector combinations that are capable (Glasgow Science Centre has the 3rd biggest screen in Great Britain but doesn't have projectors that can fill the screen).

I watched a movie on screen number 15 recently. No proper sounding system it was awful. Very much suffocating and yes it was stinking. No comments on food and beverages they were affordable and good. Hope they take my feedback.

Just want to say what a great member of staff darrelle is ! Such an asset to cineworld silverburn. Would do anything for you to help. Amazing service & it’s always such a nice experience when I come to this cinema. Highly recommend this cinema!

Buying tickets online was very easy. However, the price of food and drinks borders on extortionate, i.e. £8.70 for two regular drinks. A good few people around us had carried their own sweets and drinks in with them.
