Fantastic cheeseburger and fries. Best comparator I can think of is Five Guys.Burger really was amazing, tender meat, soft brioche bun, fresh salad, proper stringy cheese and delicious tomato relish.Fries were not frozen muck you get elsewhere. Crispy outside and fluffy inside, big portion too.All served with a dip and can of Coke.Lunch time menu is a steal, great value any other time too.Friendly gent serving and obviously cooked with love and care.Thank you, I’ll be back when I’m next in Salford.

Was in Manchester for the weekend and wanted to grab lunch before we left. Found Roots via Just Eat and what a good call it was. Ordered the chicken and beef burger, the chicken wrap, salt and pepper box and peri wings. The chicken clearly is prepared with buttermilk because it's incredibly soft, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The chips are nice with half skin on. Would definitely go again. 5 stars!

The burgers are absolutely gorgeous , been twice , first time was a philly cheese steak burger , to die for. my mate had a tofu and said it was of the tastiest veggie burger . Second time was tonight, wife had the dope burger , she loved it , I had the diabolo burger , loved , so tasty and my daughter had the hotdog. The staff were pleasant and charming and I will be travelling again to gem of a place. I take photos next time.

I work round the corner from roots i eat here everyday twice a day very nice burgers and very nice people working there and they always provide a good friendly service too.. would definitely recommend the chicken burgers cheese burgers and steak are my favourite!!

This place used to be really nice but it's gone down hill fast! Just paid a ridiculous price for what is bin worthy, I was the first person in there to order and waited 35 min while obvious regulara were coming in and getting same meals served straight away, when I finally got mine I took it home and I got a scrambles! I used to like this place a lot but after going in and actually seeing the location and how dirty it was I couldn't belive it was the same place I've been ordering from, everyone do yourself a favour and go see this place before spending your money, last time I'm buying from this place.

Never had a problem with roots until last night, the delivery was wrong which got rectified but after consuming the food my front and pack passage did not agree, in pain until half 4 in the morning, I wouldn’t want anybody else to go through that. Unfortunately I will not be buying from there again due to feeling so ill after eating the food.
