Optilase Clinic Belfast

I recently had lazer eye surgery in optilase Belfast and from start to finish the staff were amazing so friendly and answered all my queries. The surgery itself was so quick and completly pain free afterwards I had to keep my eyes closed for 4 hours but shortly after that I could open them and already had clear vision. Absolutely amazing and life changing. Highly recommend anyone to get it done I wish I had of went sooner.

Optilase staff including the optometrists, nurses and receptionists were fantastic. Made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. Follow up phone calls over the days of recovery from the optometrist were very reassuring and helpful. Customer service was always 5 star from the front desk in the Belfast clinic.

Amazing experience at Optilase Belfast! It’s coming up to two weeks from my lasik eye surgery and I can see so clearly. Had my 1 week post-op check up and was told I now have a line better than 20/20 vision! The surgery took seconds per eye, was totally painless, and 100% worth it! The staff were all lovely and welcoming. Always made me feel comfortable for all appointments and during my treatment. Could not recommend Optilase enough! 10/10 ⭐️

Fantastic experience, the team took all my concerns on board. The PRK treatment was quick and recovery really wasn't as bad as I thought. I'm now day 7 post op with no issues. I've worn glasses since school, I'm not sure why I waited this long to have laser eye surgery.

Great service from Optilase! I just got my laser eye surgery last week and actually couldn’t have imagined the difference in my eyesight! All of the team were happy to answer all of my questions and Joanne’s aftercare after the surgery was fantastic! And to whoever was on the desk on Friday 3rd November (sorry I didn’t get your name) we really appreciated them helping us down the stairs to get to our lift! Couldn’t recommend more!

Optilase was so helpful and I couldn’t believe how quick everything was completed. Between making the consultation and the surgery it all happened so fast. The consultation was great, loads of information and very helpful. I ended up changing my location from Cork to Belfast just for handiness reasons for me and they made the swap so easy and kept the original surgery date and everything. I went up to belfast to meet the surgeon and the team and they made me feel so at ease. They answered any last minute questions I had and they really did ease my nerves. The day of surgery it was so quick. I was in and out in half a hour. The actual surgery itself not lasting more than 10 minutes. They had talked me through the process several times and I knew and was aware of everything that was happening and they explained it and counted down as it went. After surgery they spoke me through the aftercare again and I was happy knowing what I had to do. The overall experience has been amazing I would tell anyone thinking about it to go and do it. Only regretting I didn’t do it sooner.
