Great walk with some fabulous views. Can be a bit steep at times but worth the effort. At the top you can rest and just take in the beauty of this place

Another of North Wales' enigmatic hillforts. Caer Drewyn is the most southerly hillfort in the South Denbighshire area and according to written records likely was used as late as Owen Gylndwr's time. The locale's vantage point affords excellent views towards Bala and would have been conspicuous to Romans as they travelled along a presumed road through the Edeyrnion Valley towards Ruthin after Corwen.

An excellent historical site with a steep approach. Take the time to read the signs for more sense of place.

Lovely short hilly walk from Corwen. Two routes are possible. You can take the track to the east of the leisure centre, which is shorter but a little muddier between the two tracks, but a clear path with steps at points throughout. Alternatively, you can take the track to the west which is a little longer, but more of a path up. Similar steepness overall. Worth the walk for the lovely views.
