I’ve just used James Grundy to sell my late parents’ house. The service was excellent from start to finish. When James valued the property he was so enthusiastic, helpful, and very knowledgeable of the area. Once the sale was agreed he progressed the sale through to completion, always efficient, keeping me updated, and providing the best service that I could have hoped for. Independent estate agents are worth their weight in gold, and I highly recommend James Grundy. He was a joy to work with.

Their attention to detail from valuation to completion is exceptional, it is like having your own PA during the process.
