DHL Express London South West

Hi. Is there a way to contact South West Depot directly as I am not based in the UK? A box was sent from a service point last week (In Brixton) and was incorrectly processed. No waybill number generated and no delivery to date?? Helpppp

Very accommodating, a local website said they were open at 07:30 and when I arrived it’s wasn’t! But they kindly opened early for me to collect my parcel. Great customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Avoid at all costs! After I paid an extortionate amount for delivery, DHL failed to deliver my parcel 4 times even when I was standing in the street outside my front door, look him for the courier, at the moment they claimed there was no response at the property. So I had to collect from their depot, which is only open during office hours so very inconvenient for most people. I was then charged a further £50 in Vat, in order to receive the parcel - the DHL guy told me that this would be paid directly to HMRC however the invoice then showed that the payment was to DHL. Not sure if this is a scam but it certainly feels like one.

Very pleasant experience. Friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend trying this DHL service centre. In the future this will be my preferred method. Keep up the good work.

It was the best service I have ever received in my life from the wonderful people at DHL. all super attentive, and a woman, I don't know her name, helped me in the whole sending process.

Amazing team! Very friendly and helpful! I just send a parcel to South America to another DHL office but I didn’t have any information like address and postcode and this people did everything in their hands to found the other office in the city that I wanted to send the parcel. I did the form three time, with different addresses because I gave up but they tried one more time and again and again until they found it! The perfect DHL express office! Also some of the members speak Spanish perfectly in case you would like to know.Thank you so much guys!

Error with the description that saw import duty materially higher than it should have been. However, Jonathon sorted it out ensuring no additional payment required and I could collect my package
