I truly couldn't recommend Lauren enough. She told me everything I needed to know about mortgages, which was a lot! Very new to this and she made me feel really comfortable and explained it clearly so I would understand.Also, she was always there when i had any questions or worry's - holds your hand through the entire process.

As a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect, but Jelena is incredibly professional, friendly, and put me as ease. All my questions were answered, and I had an agreement in principle within a couple of days so I could start viewing properties. Very highly recommended.

Great service, I met with Jelena which has been very helpful and gave me a lot of information that I was not aware of. She is very knowledgeable and you can feel that she is doing her best to give you the best advice. I am very happy to have met her and I would definitely recommend booking an appointment if you are looking to buy a house.

Sam and the team were fantastic from start to finish with our mortgage from explaining all the nitty gritty detail, helping us find the best offer for us (with cashback!), even helping us find life insurance as well. They have gone above and beyond, even sending us a lovely hamper once we had moved house. Would definitely recommend Sam Hyslop/Just Mortgages and would use them again!

Jelena was amazing, after a very difficult time trying to secure a Mortgage in principle due to a number of reasons me and my partner were on the brink of giving up. Meeting Jelena at Haart Exeter alongside the team of estate agents was a blessing. She managed to sort our tricky case out and now we have had an offer accepted! Super professional at all times and it felt like she put my at the front of her priorities despite a busy schedule! Highly recommend.

She was very informative to us about the mortgage terms, the offers and conditions of the lenders, and the issues that we need to regulate in our income.
