Hi I’ve been coming to this dentist for a few year now and the reception ladies are lovely always do there best to get me in when I’m pain my dentist deepti well she is just amazing I’m not the easiest of patient as I don’t like the dentist lol but deepti is very good with me and I’ve just had a false tooth fitted and she has done a fantastic job I can’t thank her enough xx

The experience with Doctor Emmanuel was horrible he needs to understand the needs of the patient and not shouting and been very rude to patients.

As I was seen by a doctor for a filling the doctor considered to do extraction because she thought I would have problems in the next 10-15 years whitout asking . I asked what van I do because I need it just a filling and she called me to just stick a tooth destroying the second one as well. Of course both just broked after 5 months. Last visit they said I signed from the begging and they can't help with anything more, to look for private dentist. Done this aswell and now cost me £3.800 for bone reconstruction 75% the implant to come off due of very wrong extraction. Thank you Dr. Dirvayah for your mistakes I still have a copy of assessment where was not extraction mentioned in the treatment plan. By the way she run it... sorry changed the practices" . Totally wrong and a misery of personnel need to be changed all of them. Will complain to MP."

The reception team was supposed to give me a call back" regarding a failed filling. I am still waiting 4 days later."

I never meet a good dentist there they are provisional dentist don’t do proper job just simple filling and when you are on NHS they ask you and encourage you going private paying never treat right tooth I don’t recommend it

Receptionist were beyond rude. They refused to speak to my parents even though we had an appointment, lacked empathy, showed no remorse for their wrong doing. She put the phone down on me plenty of times whilst I tried to explain my parents had an apppointment. Then she proceeds to act all superior as she left my parents outside the dentistry like they were some sort of beggars. Then to top it all of, when we said we’d complain, she gave us a fake name so we couldn’t trace it back to her.

Terrible experience . I regret going there on the 29/922 I The doctor and the nurse were not organised.they did not have the right equipment they had to.borrow the.Dr .kept asking me do I want to.leave my tooth i said yes little did i know they talking about another tooth or root i did not ask them to remove, it was already late the tooth wanted save it was not hurting again.they forced it out my tooth so much pain and blood my face is still hurting and swollen such a waste of time the dentures are rubbish I will have to throw them away the treatment was handled with no care The receptionist could not careless. about what I said, no good advice. there was no good communication with the Doctor I was much better when i went in a came out worse its still hurting.. . such a waste of time going there .bad advice there was no need for the extractions .

I've had no problems with the reception as I've seen on previous reviews. My problem is one of the dentist's. I paid to have a replacement denture for three dentures. On the day to actually fit the denture I said to her it did not feel right she said It had to be worn to get use to For two days I was in agony I couldn't eat with it in I had a constant lisp and food always stuck in the roof of my mouth . I made an appointment to go back . The dentist was adamant it is correct. In the end I request my money back as it's no good to me. She then said she has to see the manager. She returned with options. I cannot get a refund, I can have the dentures remade but has to be paid for again or have it done privatelyShe started filling one side it seemed with aggression because by the time she stopped and asked me to try it ,it was dropping out of my mouth. I was so annoyed at this time I told her don't worry I'll just leave but I will be writing a review
