Excellent work from Adam and his team. From the beginning he came across as very professional and clearly knew his mortar and pointing inside out! Really competitive quote and the work looks great. I was initially nervous about how much dust was generated by the raking out and how annoyed the neighbours might be but Adam and the team hosed everything down and cleaned up leaving the front looking like new. Would recommend without hesitation.

For what is a considerably messy job the team cleaned up very well and pressure washed the decking leaving it as they found it. The workmanship was very good and the stonework has been left looking like new after a well recommended chemical scrub. The pointing looks excellent. Very pleased.

Adam and his labourers did a brilliant job for me for repointing the full rear of my property along with 3 chimney repairs, replacing missing brickwork, raising a garden wall and other jobs.I was impressed by Adam from the moment I contacted him for a quote and he was the only builder out of 6 tradesman to know and understand what type of mortar was required for my Victorian property. He and his team worked efficiently, tirelessly and did a brilliant job.It is hard to find tradesman who carry out jobs to a high standard and Adam never overlooks a job and will always double check his work to provide value for money and also carry out the job to a standard I thought couldn't be achieved.Adam does not rush his work either to ensure everything is done properly and if it means Adam having to come back the next day to finish the job he will. My end terrace was repointed by Adam and his team just over 12 months ago. The job wasn't the easiest as my house is around 120yrs old, has old red accrington brick, and around 4mm joints, that hadn't been repointed for at least 30 years (if ever).As it felt quite a specialist job I got a few quotes from firms that have dealt with similar bricks/joints before. Adam was definitely the most thorough at walking me through the works, and his quote was most reasonable.The guys worked long hours and most Saturday's (the job took a little longer than they anticipated).It's been 12 months but it's hard to tell, there's no change and I still couldn't be happier with the job they did. There was minimal disruption to the bricks, and the mortar is so neat, see pic. The guys did a beautiful job of cleaning and sealing at the end. Very impressed. Would certainly recommend!

I would thoroughly recommend Adam and his team at Tameside Pointing. They made an excellent job of my pointing and rendering. Adam is very knowledgeable and the team he has with him are polite, tidy up, and work like dogs. Most nights they were still working well beyond 6pm. The cost of the job was also highly competitive. Frankly I wouldn’t wast my time with any other quotes!
