Order arrived over an hour late, it was stone cold and wrong. Restaurant don't answer the phone, so I visited. The manager was totally unapologetic, he said its Uber's fault, so tough. Absolutely disgusting!

Overall, the food and wait time was fairly good but I was a bit disappointed with the sloppy presentation compared to other McDonald’s I have attended.Not that bad but should be better.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. 20 minutes I stood waiting only for a happy meal!! The restaurant was so packed people could barely move. The staff looked like they took their time and wasn’t rushing to get everyone’s order out. When I received the food it was cold. The happy meal toy I received I had already had in the past and asked to swap it for a different one. The woman straight up lied and said it’s all they have when even though I saw a different person with a different toy. Im never stepping foot inside this McDonald’s ever again. Needs shutting down.

Ordered through the app didn't send half the meal. Rang asking for the other half said they couldn't do anything about it. The girl on the phone has a terrible attitude and refused to give her name and hung up. It's not hard to read a receipt and see what needs to go on the bag before you send it out.

Arrived almost an hour late and absolutely stone cold. We have repeatedly had problems with this branch when ordering, either half of it just isn't there or if it is, you bet it's stone cold. We live very close by so there isn't an excuse. Drivers take orders half way across town before coming back with our food. Won't order from here again either with Uber eats or in store. If you're too busy then don't accept so many orders, you clearly cannot cope. I don't usually leave bad reviews especially in detail but this needs addressing. You're taking people's money and not providing a safe service. Trading standards needs to monitor this branch.

Lady with walking stick needs sacking. Moan moan moan loudly so all the customers can hear it all.She loves the sound of her own voiceGet the squeaky door fixed.Spent 24 pounds ,every item stone cold. I should of complained I know.Won't bother again going in your branch.

Took over 45 mins to get served via drive through, even with app order.It was busy, but not that busy to justify even half that sort of wait. Then no sorry or even acknowledgement of delay at the window.We were going to sit in, but parking was rammed full, which we worked out as all the delivery drivers taking up all the spaces, and they seemed to be getting their orders while those queuing had to wait longer.Very poor service

Ordered today through mcapp , multiple items missing from the order. Called restaurant they shoved me to uber eats. Uber eats shoved me back to mcdonalds as they say: They told me because the order is with the mcdonalds app i need to sort it with the restaurant… very poor experience 15 pounds lost.

Manager very rude. I mentioned the back door left open and what if rats got in so he started shouting at me then slammed the sliding window on me. I went in and heard him laughing telling his colleagues about it. His attitude is don't eat here we will not miss your money. Customer service is appalling and food not much better. Fries and burger was cold

Went through the drive through paid got our order everything seem ok go home to find a large black hair deep within the mcflurry and wrapped round the spoon!!Bigmac had no sauce or gherkins tried to call but no-one answers the phone 25 quid down the drain!
