Taxi was early (but not in a stressful way).Lady driver was exceptionally polite and pleasant and dressed smartly.Enjoyed the ride.Thank you for a great start to a very long journey to Manchester!

Poor service. They say its a 24 hour service but its not. if you book a cab around 2 am for going airport, they say we are not available after 2 am even if you pre-book it. If you book a mini-bus for like 3 people and 4 big luggages, they will send a small car and will say it will damage the car such as BMW from more load.

Had a gentlemen called Phil take to me a work meal he was absolutely awesome. Unfortunately i wasn't able to pay him on the night as the card system wasn't working due to signal and being out in the sticks but he was happy to say have a great night and we will sort it when possible. Solid gold geezer bang on time and even though the journey was a long one not 1 complaint just how can we sort it.

As someone who need to be picked up on time to make trains from Colchester, Roman’s habit of taking a booking then being >10 mins late 50% of the time renders them, essentially, useless to me. Just do what you said you’d do, I don’t care if you’re early, you just can be late.

Booked a cab this evening operator very helpful booked for 15 mins after call. When driver arrived he was aggressive in tone,the journey home the driver drove fast. My friend & I was thrown about in the back of the car. We was quoted £12.00 driver then charged £15.00 on arrival of destination, very disappointing. Would think twice before booking with this company again !! I’m sure the driver we had was an exception to the rule & other drivers may be pleasant. A shame one driver can give a bad representation of this company. I guess it’s the luck of the draw who you get as a driver but my friend & I felt Uncomfortable,

Used to get back to clacton after a night out and did pre book. Called first to enquire then again to book - very friendly, patient and polite to speak to. Driver was running a few minutes late but called beforehand to let us know. Very friendly driver. Good service and cheapest I found - would use again
