For whatever reason I went to the clinic a day earlier (Sunday) where it was closed. I had the reminder set on my phone. Today, the day after, a very rude woman (The Owner?) rang me in a curt fashion and read me the riot act. I apologised for the confusion and would even have paid for the missed appointment without a vetoing fault.I wasn’t given the chance. She then went on to effectively refuse treatment and told me rather abruptly to look elsewhere. Wow, is all I can say. What a disgrace to the profession. Having a brain tumour is bad enough, it makes ear problems seem worse. This practitioner had zero sympathy for that instead focussing on a missed appointment.“”We are choc a bloc,” we’re her words! I’d have bent over backwards to fit someone with a brain tumour in. I’m making a formal complaint against this disgraceful practitioner. A disgrace.
