No receptionist have me waiting 1 hour gave me no treatment and charged meComplete Rip off your better of going to your own doctor for free

The location is so not easy to get to parking wise and i was trying to contact the practice, to let them know my reason for being 8 minutes late and still hoping to be seen atleast as i was in pain. On reaching to the practice they asked me to to re-book and not once did the lady show concern or ask reason for my booking in the first place.

My elderly mother used this place recently and she was not happy. Firstly they hurt her feet while clipping her nails then did a terrible job of removing hard skin leaving half of it behind. Finished off with no moisturizer or massage. She has rung several times to have the treatment finished but had been told to make another appointment which they can do in three weeks time. Not a great service, best avoided.

Excellent service today at Johnston's. Caroline knew straight away that the pain I felt was unfortunately chillblains and gave expert advice on how to alleviate this. She was careful ,kind and thorough and explained about poor circulation and the importance of keeping my feet warm. My feet feel so much softer and better already. Iwill definitely be going back .

If I could I would give zero stars! Had a 14:30 booking but because they double booked was seen at 15:00. Instead of an apology I was told that I can rebook?! Lady said the treatment is for 30minutes she spent 10minutes scraping hard skin off my mums feet and then another 5 putting some sticky padding on which I apparently asked for which was an outright lie. The lady from the next room shows up saying that the padding is part of the treatment so my question was if it was part of the treatment then why is the one doing the treatment saying that I asked for the padding? This place is a rip off, taking money from the elderly and not doing a professional job. On top of that the fact that she stated it’s 30minutes and only spent 15mins annoyed me even more. When it was time pay I said I’m going to pay half the money but my mum doesn’t like confrontation and decided to pay the full £38! Wasn’t happy with her at all! Will be in contact with with the practice manager soon conveniently she wasn’t in today.

Amazing, Burney was awesome, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. She even refereed me to the hospital to resolve my foot issue and took of my hard skin off which, was causing me a lot of pain. Thank you

Have been using the services of Johnston’s now for two years and thought it time to write a review after my recent appointment. Caroline has been amazing, kind and professional and puts you at ease. She not only deals with your treatment but also recommends and advises on how to keep your feet in good health. The whole team are professional and the experience from booking the appointment to having your treatment is 5 star. I have booked an appointment for my wife very recently with Caroline and she was very impressed with her standard of professionalism and care. I have no issues in recommending Johnston’s for anyone who requires their professional services. 5 stars *****

My daughter and I both used Johnston's in the last couple of weeks. Catherine did a wonderful job for both of us. My feet have not felt this lovely for years. We are both delighted with the treatment we received.

Called to enquire about an ingrown toenail (very painful), Zara answered the phone and it seemed as though she had a bad day or a bad last night, she was rude and very aggressive whilst talking on the phone to me. When I said to her, 'this is not the way you speak to potential customers / clients', she mentioned that it was her business and she can do whatever she likes! (even if that means putting your business down the drain?)I hope she does not treat she Chiropodists or the clients the same way.Maddy.
