Rubbish opening hours, 2 hours a day is not enough for those of us that work. Paid online for under paid by sender and rebooked delivery, 4 days later went to the office to find out where on earth my post was, it was still there and they hadn’t bothered to attempt to deliver the letter. Helpful staff when open, otherwise would be 1 star!

Good postienwhan she is actually working which seems to be less and less frequently. It would seem that the Chichester sorting office how no provision for assigning any other positive to deliver in this cas3. We have had letters and packages that we KNOW are just languishing at the sorting office until somebody can be bothered to actually deliver. Not really good enough!

Twice in the past fortnight, I have received an email stating the time for expected 24 hour tracked delivery that same day. On both occasions nothing was delivered. Tracking shows that it was en-route to the Chichester delivery office in plenty of time to be delivered at the stated time.A totally inadequate and amateur attempt at providing an expensive service. Do better or close down.

Open only 2 hours a day!? Are you joking... have a new post man that takes forever to do his route, I am pretty sure he has delivered my red card to the wrong house, I have had my mail delivered to another house on the road and I have received a red card for another person's home as well!Now I can't even sort out this shambles myself at the depot due to these ridiculous hours... ludicrous...
