We bought a house with GOH recently. They explained the process nicely and helped with all the necessary documentation. Refurb work took around the same time as they explained. GOH provided periodic updates on the progress and kept us informed. Can't comment on quality of work as we never visited the property but from the photos they shared, it looked good. Tenant finding took lot longer than they suggested but at the end they found someone and got more rent than they promised initially. My only concern was related to setting up of energy providers. EDF sent us a huge bill due to some error in registering the starting meter readings. GOH guys did the follow ups but it took way too long to resolve the mater. This is one area where they could improve their services a bit otherwise it was an excellent experience.

I have purchased 3 properties through GOH over the last 4 months. 2 have completed renovation and 1 has been let so far.Vikash and the team have been transparent from day 1 and have been true to their word.I have seen a couple of reviews about the refurb costs being too high, but you need to understand that they do everything for you. I haven't had any involvement. I receive weekly photos to show the progress of the refurb and have not been asked to pay a penny more than was quoted.The work has been completed to a good standard and is superior to other rental properties I have seen on rightmove.They were able to source competitively price LL insurance at no extra cost and handle all communications with the local council for council tax and utility suppliers.For the property that has been let, they have also achieved a higher rent than originally promised, £525 instead of £430 pcm.Overall, really impressed so far and I know others who have had a similar experience.

Joined the Galaxy webinar and later went to visit their offices and did a property tour. The team is easy to communicate with and replies very quickly. Seems professional. A big thanks to Paul for accommodating my tight schedule on the property tour.

They will guide you through the entire process and handle every aspect of your property purchase - from sourcing, mortgage assistance, closing, refurbishment and finally, property management.They entire process is smooth, headache free and extremely transparent. The team will be in regular contact from emailing status updates, sending photos and even videos. I have attended the seminar and realize that the Galaxy group is one stop solution for the property investors. Even though you don't have the knowledge, the team has acquired the knowledge after selling more than 700 properties which an investor can leverage to build the property portfolio.
