What can I say but what a brilliant team and bunch of guys. Buying anything comes with risk, but these guys made sure everything was sorted, delivered the car back to me after an issue with the front tyres(not their fault) left me a Mercedes courtesy car and returned my car the following evening clean and to add they refurbished the wheels as a goodwill gesture, first class service, great customer service. If I ever look for another car this will be my first stop ,Ricky you are a star!! Other dealers take note on how things should be done

Excellent service from start to finish!Recently purchased a Honda Civic from Browns. Scott was dealing with my case. On the phone he was very helpful and polite. When came to see the car it was all relaxed and friendly, had time to look at the car properly. Paperwork and finance went easily, in the meantime I dropped the hired car and they gave me a lift back to the garage.Overall really good experience, nice guys, good cars, funny accent :-))I would definitely recommend Browns Car Company!!Thank you!

I went down to Brown’s car company in Maldon to look at a specific car that I had seen on their website and when I went there, I saw a few other cars and it was no bother to have a look at them all. Scott was happy to keep getting cars and pulling them forward so I could look. After finding the car I really liked, the service received after to complete the sale and finance etc was very efficient and easy to do. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

I deeply regret purchasing a Porsche from Brown Car Co on 6th July 2023. Alarmingly, within just two weeks of the purchase, a slew of issues became evident. What's more, I was sold this car with the assurance that there were allegedly no faults and that it had passed its MOT. Clearly, this seems to have been a misleading claim, if not an outright scam.When I had a local garage assess the vehicle, the following faults were identified:Diagnostic differential fault.Potentiometer for differential issues.Bad oil leak from the gearbox.Bad oil leak from the engine area.Various other faults stored in vehicle fault memory.Turbocharger under-boost issues.Cooling system faults.Despite my efforts to communicate these issues to Brown Car Co, I faced reluctance and then deafening silence. With the involvement of Close Brothers, the finance company, I rejected the car. Yet, Brown Car Co now owes me a refund of £600 for the warranty. This is backed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which protects consumers from such misleading practices.I'm urging Brown Car Co to right their wrongs by refunding the £600 for the warranty, meeting their legal obligations, and proving some semblance of commitment to customer satisfaction.For anyone considering a purchase from Brown Car Co in Stansted, tread carefully. Their after-sales service is gravely lacking, and I'm now faced with the very real possibility of legal action, whether that means court proceedings or involving the ombudsman service.Brown Car Co, this is a call for immediate rectification. Make things right

Great service from Browns Car Company Ltd. We went down to look at a car on a whim, but it was located at another site. They had it down to view the next day.After we returned to view and test drive the car, Browns serviced the car and had it ready to drive home the next day!Everyone in the office are very friendly and flexible around our working hours, allowing us to buy a car that suits our needs at a competitive price. 100% recommend!

We purchased a Ford EcoSport and throughout the process Ricky and Scott were really helpful and proactive.
