Rebecca has been a great support to me, and indeed to everyone at the 0800 Saturday group. If you lose weight, she and the group support you, and if you have a gain of weight, she encourages you for the next meeting.I was hesitant about joining, as the perception is this is for females only. This couldn't be further from the truth. So gents, if your thinking of joining Slimming World, then this group is for you, I hope to see you there!

I have been a member of Rebecca's group for several years and have lost 6 stone on that time. I would never have done this and kept it off without the support of Rebecca and the wonderful people in the group. Even though I'm a target member I still go every week as I enjoy the camaraderie and still learn something helpful listening to other members and sharing tips.

A truly inspirational consultant and a great group! I love the groups that Rebecca facilitates, she has had her own Slimming World journey, so knows what she's talking about. Every member is given a warm welcome. Her social teams give Rebecca time to talk to new and troubled members. It's like having a huge groups of friends.

Great group with really good people & Rebecca is wonderful. It can feel a bit awkward as a chap walking in on your own for the first time, but everyone was really welcoming and I am so glad I joined this group.
