I share the same experience as some of those below. Despite explaining my situation and making a reasonable transfer request, they refused it and ignored my follow up email explaining I was leaving the Country in a week and wanted to do the next event rather than waste my entry. I asked on the Facebook page if anyone wanted my race entry and now it seems I've been restricted from commenting on the page or events.I've ran with them before but never again. It's now clear that it's an event company not a group of runners taking control of it as they've got no empathy for injury at all. They'd rather have someone run injured rather than defer a year after already changing events. Cold, cold, company.

I decided to join the FCR online running club , The tee shirt never arrived, so for my £35 I got a England Athletics membership and discounts on races , which does have some use. Attached is a photo of me holding my FCR members tee shirt. My main gripe would be lack of response to emails, which is not what you expect from your 'club'

This is one of the best running clubs I have ever raced with. They are so lovely and care about each and every runner they have. I'm always last in every race but there all still there waiting till I finish before they take down the signs. The races are brilliant, different lengths for different abilities and every one has the most amazing bespoke medal too. If you looking for a good family day out then book onto one there races once covid has gone. If you want to do something before try one of there virtual races.

Been really unreasonable over a transfer sadly. Despite explaining that I've had to give up the sport I love they have just been really rude and obnoxious over my transfer request. Lost 30 pounds I don't have and been talked down to publically on social media despite making a reasonable request. Thanks Lewis.

Always a pleasure to run at these events as they are very well organised and have the best marshals everywhere.

Fantastic Events ,Well Organised and Marshalled .The best medals for their events ..always know it's a good event and 'Bling' when its FCR event .

Offer loads of different running events organised throughout the year. A great range of distances and routes there really is something for everyone. The organisers are very friendly and approachable. I had an injury a few years ago and couldn't do an event. Not a problem at all for them they just said I could defer it for the following year. Some of their more popular runs can get very very busy during registration and collection of medal (windmill 10km) which can get quite frustrating.

Really poor customer service. Medal delayed by around 6 weeks and no update at all. Now I have received an empty package in the post which was fully sealed when I received it but they're trying to blame Royal Mail even though an empty package has obviously been sent out. Wont accept it as human error on their part. Very rude and obnoxious responses from Lewis and a refusal to replace the medal or provide refund.

Overall great events, amazing medals and good value. Would have been 5 stars however always seem to gave issues with timing system, which they correct when told. If you want to be sure of time make sure you have your own Garmin or similar to make sure

Completed the 60 mile sportive yesterday , great event that was very well organized with good feed stations on course , easy to follow directions and a smile and nice medal at the finish , would definitely recommend.
