Not great but not very good. After the initial engineer was unable to attend due to sickness (which cannot be helped), and after I had already paid my deposit, I was left in the dark about when an engineer would be able to attend. I was then told one day in advance of the new installation date. The engineers that installed the equipment (which were sub contracted out by 999 Vehicle Security Ltd, which is the company name under which Ghost Installations operates) were helpful. I would encourage you to consider other options.

Driver of a vehicle belonging to this company almost caused an accident by his appalling driving. Plenty of traffic on the road so accident could have involved multiple vehicles. The irony of it belonging to a vehicle company!

Purchased One of their products but unfortunately not a smooth experience.The people on the phone seem to be extremely kind and helpful but unfortunately the results and smooth experience isn’t there at all.The company they use needed to visit my car 3 times so they can actually get it to work. After I had arranged for all visits myself, I haven’t heard back anything from the company. Wouldn’t a follow up call or any money back be the right thing to do after I had to have the installers visit 3 times my workplace and spend so many hours to fit the product after they kept messing up the work?I am More annoyed about the lack of the follow up call and to check if the product was installed correctly at the end.Unfortunately will not be recommending this company to friends, family and neither my customers (I work in the car sales trade).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Feel lucky to have gotten my money back - They WILL attempt to take full payment despite clearly stating on the website you only need to pay a deposit and can clear the balance after installation.Over priced piece of kit which shocking customer service - they will never call you back and I had to record my own calls after the 3rd time of ringing requesting a refund.

If you can deal with a lady called Kayleigh you'll be on a winner- I thought she was the best representative amongst them. However: remember to negotiate prices as you can get the hardware at different prices and its availability of fitting and aftercare you seek just as much as the gear.Take my advice and deal with Kayleigh- she's understanding.

I paid £650 in April 2023 for this company to install a dashcam and ghost immobiliser on my 2020 Ford Kuga ST X and had nothing but problems.I should have known when the engineer failed to turn up the first two appointments booked that this was not a well-run company. I used two days of annual leave from work for these appointments and the engineer failed to show on both occasions. However the company still managed to contact me for payment of the invoice before the product had even been installed on my car!The engineers showed up a few weeks later. They were clearly trying to be friendly and ‘down to earth’, but ultimately were a little too honest about the company and did not have a good word to say. I found this very unprofessional and did not give me faith in the company I was trusting to tamper with my brand new car.After the products were installed, I then had a series of problems over the next few weeks. Firstly, the dashcam was faulty and it took weeks for them to send me a replacement. My car also had numerous electrical faults, including battery drainage and failure to start my car - which left me stranded on the side of the motorway on one occasion.I contacted the engineer and was told twice (in a rather patronising tone) that it has nothing to do with the Ghost & dashcam and should have my car checked over by the Ford garage. Whilst I disagreed, I followed their suggestion, and paid to have my car looked at by Ford. As expected, they told me the issues were down to the product installation.I then had weeks of phoning up customer services and trying to get an engineer back to solve the issue. After an engineer came and “fixed” it, the problem continued. At this point I had had enough and decided I wanted it removed completely for a refund. No surprise this then took another few weeks for an engineer to actually turn up and do the job (with another missed appointment in between).Whilst looking for solutions, I spoke with another Ghost installer in my area who told me the software should never have been installed on my model of car because there are various known faults.Obviously the company have denied this. However rather miraculously, all the problems with my car disappeared after the Ghost & Dashcam were removed.Then, of course, I had a battle to get my refund of £650 back. I did not receive this when first promised and so after 3 weeks of waiting and chasing, I only received my money when I informed the company of my intention to bring legal action. I am still waiting for my compensation for the inconvenience which I was promised. Obviously I know better than to expect this.To summarise, this is a poorly run and unprofessional company who put all their effort into marketing and chasing payments, but do not care what happens to their customers after that. I do not feel that anybody I spoke to genuinely had any care for my poor experience, most likely because I am just one in a hundred of unhappy customers.AVOID this company and all its subsidiaries at all costs.

Initially we had a Ghost system on the car but after a few issues with it, it was decided to remove it and replace it with a system far better. My first google review was lower for the company but this was largely about the Ghost system but now, Ghost Installations were true to their word and arranged for a technician to remove the old one and fit a new one , all on the same day. Hassle free and expertly done and discounted the subscription to compensate for the trouble I had. thank you

Avoid this company!!!! They go under a few different names 999 veihcle security, Ghost installations and Tracker team.Installed a ghost immobiliser and tracker on a Ford transit custom, this seemed to go OK, then tried to install the Ghost immobiliser on my Porsche, that was a different story....the guy couldn't get it to work, an hour on the phone he then told me he would cut into different parts of wiring etc etc. I stopped him and asked him to remove it, I could clearly tell he wasn't competent.He fitted the tracker and that seemed to go OK....accept he forgot to commission the tracking unit, months and weeks have now gone by of trying to get them back to rectify it.They don't return calls, hang up the phone etc. In hindsight I shouldn't of paid them until everything was working. Just a terrible and unprofessional company, avoid at all cost.
