London Electric Blinds

Excellent service and the blinds are amazing. We had a few quotes from different companies and went with London Electric Blinds because they were so helpful in explaining the products and showing us how the electric blinds operate. I have to say we are very impressed.

Jason from London Electric Blinds was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of battery and electric blinds.We found the company both professional and reliable. We are very happy with the finished products and designs and will definitely be using the company again.

The quote for my blinds seemed high but I accepted it as I thought I would get a good service. I was wrong. They took over 4 months to complete installation, letting me down 4 times on promised installation dates in the meantime. Their communications with me were so bad that I began to think I had been scammed. I wasted many hours in trying to communicate with them. Overall: terrible service.

TERRIBLE. They took almost £10K in March - and in October the work is still NOT completed.They do not answer the phone, emails or give any reassurance the work will be done. We should have taken other peoples bad reviews seriously.Do not get yourself in the same vulnerable situation as we did.

Horrible service, product and installation.Despite paying 55k+ for a project in Battersea, they used very cheap material. The roller blinds are falling off after a few months of installation. The blackout blinds do not provide complete blackout and the company had to attend a few times before being able to fix that. The blinds are not connected to electricity and the charging points ( wires) are sticking out everywhere and not even charging the automatic blind!! We have been in contact for 2 years nearly and they say they will fix it everytime. They send a new team but nothing ever gets done. Do not waste your money.

Just had my blinds fitted and I am very happy with them. The motorised blinds are fantastic especially when put on the timer. The installation took a little longer than I expected but the guys were extremely thorough and tidy. The advisor that came round initially was very helpful and the advice was spot on. All round great service.

Good company to deal with, very professional and they really know their stuff - their advice was really useful especially with my wiring requirements and I am so happy with my new blinds, they even got them to work with my Alexa!. Highly recommend.

SERVICE SO BAD THAT IT FEELS LIKE A SCAM. Apparently now dissolved but avoid at all costs if they are still operating - and look out for them setting up again in future under a different name. So incompetent, slow, and hard to reach that they feel like scam artists. I believe key staff have been very unwell over recent years, but they still took well over £10K from me knowing they’d have problems delivering the work - and ill health is their go to excuse for their absolute failure to communicate or effectively manage the progress of a projects. I’ve had 2 years of delays (often cancelling installation on the day they were meant to attend), shoddy installation that needed to be fixed multiple times, poorly installed blackout blinds that still let in light, and a huge loss of time and energy just trying to get an answer from them. Entirely wrong colour of blinds delivered for the biggest project. Compensation for their mistake was promised, but never delivered. Have a look at Companies House for more on the suspect history of this company - they appear to have now been dissolved entirely as of November 2023.

The communication is terrible. Rarely do they pick up the phone. Alex who handles calls simply passes on messages. Bradley and Jason (the owner) are out of the office and so uncontactable. The units when installed are ok, Sergei I believe is the installer but I have been waiting on a walk on roof light blind for months after the rest of the blinds were delivered. No updates, no warnings, no proof it exists. I have given up on the business and getting the last item made by another company.

Have used them for both residential and commercial properties and am very pleased with both the advice and the results.
