Great location, busy and noisy. Prices are good considering this is in the West End. Food is the standard chain quality but it's fine to accompany drinks.

Nice atmosphere, music was alright, security/ staff were nice. The venue is very big with three floors and two bars. There was live music and later a dance floor.All in all a nice place to enjoy the evening.

First time I’ve ever been in an O’Neill’s, drinks really expensive, food was okay, Service was okay.My food came out and it was wrong, so asked them for my correct order. It came out and it was stoned cold. I really couldn’t be arsed to argue about it. My partners food was hot.I wouldn’t go back to that O’Neill’s, but will probably try another one.

Fun night with DJ music on Friday. It was busy by 10 pm but not so much that there weren’t space to dance. Good vibes.

We ordered food at 7.05pm,one guest who is dairy intolerant was only given the pizza option(Vegan cheese)as everything else he asked for was unavailable,then he was told vegan cheese was out of stock! I ordered gammon steak and the staff member tried to change it to rump steak without asking me as gammon was also off the menu! I then choose the Guinness pie instead,2 of our 5 meals came out,but we were then informed that the Guinness pie was now not available and I was asked to choose again! The next 2 meals came out,but I was still waiting for mine,a member of staff then came over and demanding I paid the extra 70p as I changed my meal,some 45 minutes after ordering my food(3rd choice)finally turned up,all the rest of our group had eaten,as we were going to see a show I had too rush my meal,really disappointed!

Stopped of for a couple of drinks and sat outside as it was a nice day. Have to say though the aperol spritz was the smallest glass I've ever had anywhere, normally get a bigger glass than that drink. Still enjoyed my drink though.

I was in the pub, and with my friends we needed to use the cloak service, Sanju was really nice and helpful. It is really a place to stay with your friends even if you don't reserve a table. The live music was incredible. Surely if they sing again I would go again next week
