Not the best if selling electrical goods, if it fails the PAT test they just cut off the plug with out informing you and wonder why they can't sell it .

Great auction house with really helpful staff.Lack of parking is a problem from time to time. So go early or be prepared to park elsewhere on busy days.Highly recommended venue if your looking for a good auction venueBeen dealing with the guys and girls regularly collecting items purchased online at their auctions. Never an issue collecting items. Great service everytime

Arrogant, unhelpful and miserly in their approach to customer service. I have bought several items and each time I am astonished by how incredibly unhelpful they are. Most recently after sending a man with a van to collect a piece of furniture I was told no assistance would be provided loading it. The lady who man's the phones is like something out of the ark whilst the proprietor has more than a thing or two in common with the ouzelum bird.You have been warned!!

Never had any issues over the last 3 years or so I have used them. Bargains to be had for sure. Porters always helpful when I pick up from there and the office staff have always been a pleasure to talk
