Very disappointing service from the Rolls Royce parts department. I called 2 days on the trot and left my details as they were busy and we are into the 3rd day now and still no call from them.

*PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING*What a terrible experience I had and I would want any other customers to be aware of this prior to visiting this dealership and dealing with Rolls Royce.I initially enquired about a Rolls Royce Dawn which is something I had my eyes on for a few months a Black Badge specifically. I contacted the Birmingham dealership who explained they had 2 in stock which were yet to be registered and that I could come have a look at this. The dealership ran a check on my vehicle and agreed to give me a £115,000 part exchange value on my Rolls Royce Ghost based on it being in good condition which it was, only driven 400 miles since purchasing it.The day I arrived at the dealer they inspected my vehicle and happy with it and then took me over to the workshop to view the Dawn. I was happy with everything and then went to settle the cost of purchasing one with the dealership. The brand new Dawn had been priced at £275,000 which I was happy to pay. I had done some number crunching and worked out my px value, so there was no delay in the purchase of the vehicle. All of a sudden the figures change. I’m not sure if Rolls Royce’s method of selling a vehicle is to produce a sheet or figures to their customers and hope they don’t notice a increase in prices when making a purchase. The price difference overall on my vehicle was around £5000. This may not seem like a lot when purchasing a £275,000 car however once starting life as a working class citizen I understand the difficulties of what it takes to earn that figure.Once I addressed the issues with the dealers they did not seem interested at all. What they would rather do is challenge me and humiliate me by stating I would get £10,000 less for my vehicle because of it not being an EWB. I took this up with brand manager Mark Jordan. He didn’t seem to be bothered and the salesman working could see that the dealership had made an error.I immediately left the dealership after spending over 3 hours there. If it was so much of an issue and the dealer was prepared to offer me £10,000 less surely this would have been stated prior to showing me the brand new vehicle to avoid wasting my time and theirs also. I hold email trail proofs for all the prices and values agreed. Mark Jordan also handed me a dirty business card which also had what seemed to be food something such like gravy over it. You would have at least thought they could make an effort to give me a clean business card.Upon walking out of the dealership which no one seemed to care about I was then accused of stealing a folder which contained vehicle information to a point where the sales rep ran to my vehicle that’s how concerned he was. Note to this review the most sad part about this occurrence is that I travelled from Wales to Birmingham to trade in my vehicle covering a distance of 350 miles which is the most I’ve ever travelled in it since owning it. Only to be refused the sale and be given shocking customer service. This is definitely not what the Rolls Royce brand represents.I felt the need to complain to Rolls Royce UK which is something I didn’t want to do, however I felt as if I had just been done over and needed to address the issues. The complaint procedure was texting and emailing a couple of people back and forth which was not very professional and lazy in my opinion. There was no outcome to my complaint and the customer service team basically backed the dealers. I dealt with branch manager Giles specifically who did not understand my issue at all as he kept apologising and not answering the questions to my issues. One of the branch managers from the dealership actually rang me to apologise and said he’d acknowledged the issue whilst I was at the dealership. To top things off he could not pronounce my name correctly. I could only assume someone wrote it on a piece of paper which baffles me.TOTALLY PUT ME OFF THE RR BRANDFINALLY HAVE SOLD MY RR GHOST TODAY WHICH I WAS P/X'S FOR THE DAWN............Mr S KarimDirector/CEO

I was assisted by Paul. Before I visited from London, I had numerous telephone conversations which helped decide if car I was bidding for was the right choice for me. Paul provided a great customer service. I was given the full Rolls Royce Experience. Nothing less than what you would expect from a RR main dealer! I would definitely recommend buying from this dealership if you are looking for a high standard Provenance certified pre-owned Rolls Royce, they provide 2 years servicing and 2 years warranty with all vehicles for that extra piece of mind. Rybrook had a great collection of vehicles fully prepared ready to go, all at a very high standard. The vehicles at this dealership were reasonably priced (at least according to Rolls Royce standards) at todays market value.

I had a problem with my engine so I called immidiately to book my car in for repair. They fitted me in quickly but they were unable to provide me with a courtesey car unless I waited more than 6 weeks. As I was unable to continue driving the vehicle in fear of creating more damage my partner dropped my car off for the repair works, which cost several thousand pounds. Although the fault was repaired adequately I was disappointed that the car hadn't been valeted upon collection. I would have expected a courtesy car and valet as a minimum from a company that prides themselves on service.
