I been doing Darias classes both in her studio and online during lockdown. She is a fantastic trainer and always put your safety and individual needs first. She really takes the time to make sure you get the most out of the sessions and she does really care about your fitness and wellbeeing. She has lots of knowledge with pre and postnatal fitness and I would definitely recommend her classes!

Contour Lifestyle is just what I’ve been searching for! A safe space to workout and train, with my Baby! Daria is such a personable instructor and PT! She knows and understands the recovery when working with post natal clients, especially with my core!! A great variety of class times are available which is also great (with free parking outside!) Xo

I’ve recently moved to Hertfordshire and was looking for a PT to help me lose all the lockdown weight I’ve gained, I was dreading going to the big gyms and feeling self conscious and then I found Daria and Contour lifestyle…..THANK HEAVENS. Daria kicks my arse every week but in a positive, motivating way that I want to keep coming back, it’s such a great space for woman and now I feel less stressed about getting pregnant because Daria is so educated in pre & post natal workouts that I know she’ll be supporting me in my journey. I love the mixture of PT & HIIT/PILATE classes that challenge my body in different ways. Thank you Daria you’re the best x

Daria is one of the best trainers I've ever had! She is able to cater the workouts to new mums just getting back into shape and those that like a really hard workout with the exercise modifications. And she's a lovely person so training with her is always good fun. Really loving the online zoom workouts to keep me sane during lockdown. Can't wait though for it to be over because the studio in Radlett is absolutely gorgeous with all the latest equipment.

Daria and the team at contour lifestyle are brilliant. I've gone here throughout my pregnancy and felt very safe and enjoyed all of the workouts. I would highly recommend this studio!

Daria is absolutely fantastic. I have enjoyed her classes and have just started PT sessions. She is approachable and knowledgeable. The studio is brilliant to train in with excellent equipment. I even take my toddler with me to sessions. This has been great as I don't have to worry about child care when training.

Contour is such a lovely experience the classes are great Daria is a great PT and runs brilliant classes. The place is spotless and feels very safe! They are only running small classes so everyone is very spaced out. It’s a great place for mums and mums to be too and very child friendly.

Daria is an incredible trainer with a fantastic sense of humour, so every session is filled with laughter and a positive attitude that motivates you to work out even more. Very skilled coaching that will undoubtedly assist you in reaching your fitness objectives! Daria has made me feel significantly more confident and I have enjoyed every part of our training sessions these past several weeks.
