I recently lost my best friend & soul mate. I can't being to express my gratitude at how compassionately we were treated by Bill & his team. They looked after my boy with such dignity and made our final goodbyes so comforting. It was exactly what I needed. And then to spend time reflecting at the lake of remembrance brought a sense of peace. The best experience I've ever had, by far. Thank you so much for everything.

This is the 4th time we have used Suffolk Pet Cremation. It's sad to think the only time we see these wonderful caring people is when we lose one of our beloved pets. The service and settings are second to none. We have been helped through these hard times by Graham, Holly and today we met Richard. All wonderful people and terribly patient and understanding. The crematorium is set in a beautiful farm setting . It has a gravel drive out the front for parking which is a little difficult if you are in a wheelchair. There is a step at the front door which would be climbed reasonably easily in a chair, however they are modernising at the moment and disabled access is on the to do list. The crematorium also offers a lake of remembrance a short walk up the lane which sadly would be challenging but not impossible to a wheelchair user. The lake sits at the top of the hill and offers wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and a very peaceful place to sit and remember your lost one.I highly recommend Suffolk Pet crematorium over using the vet to deal with your loss.

When we recently lost our beloved Westie, Skye , we contacted Suffolk Pet Crematorium on recommendation from our neighbours, who also recently had to use their services for their dog.We received nothing but support, empathy, care and understanding from all of the team we spoke to and met. This really helped us deal with a very emotional and difficult situation. A huge thank you for your help.

Suffolk Pet Crematorium offer everything you could ask for at these sad times in life!Bill, and on this occasion Richard, have both been warm, kind, compassionate and supportive. It is hard to leave your beloved member of the family in someone else's hands, even after they have left this life. But here you know they are treated with the highest respect, love and care. Having had a lot of dogs over the past 20 years and almost all of them visiting Suffolk Pet Crematorium (perhaps the odd one didn't in the early days), they are very much a part of the grieving process for my family and I, and we wouldn't be without them.Thank you!

I had to collect the ashes of our beloved cat, Calvin today. The family who run the crematorium were highly recommended and now I understand why. They were considerate, patient, calm and kind throughout the process and nothing was too much to ask. When I collected him, there was no pressure or expectation, I was able to grieve and talk about what a lovely cat he was. Only when I was ready did we sort out payment. Everything was prepared beautifully.I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Calvin is now home and back on his favourite table.

I can't recommend Graham & the rest of the team highly enough. When our family dog of 15 years passed away, we were all dreading the process of saying goodbye. Graham was so kind and patient with us and made the whole experience as bearable as it could have been. It felt human and compassionate in a way that other more commercialised pet cremation services totally lack. We all feel so relieved to have found Suffolk Pet Crematorium when we needed them! Thank you Graham <3

I am so thankful to Bill and his staff for allowing my children and I to visit the Lake of Remembrance today. My 6 year old daughter has been absolutely heartbroken over the sudden loss of her best friend a few months ago and visiting today really helped her gain clarity and closure. The property is secluded, peaceful, well kept, and beautiful. We were given all the time we needed so I could talk with the kids about the beauty of returning the ashes back out into nature, take a walk around the lake, and leave some flowers in honor of our kitty. Thank you, Bill, for your kindness and understanding.

We had to have our lovely young cat Ted, unexpectedly put to sleep last week and are heartbroken. The vets were going to send him off to be cremated and I'd get him back in 10 -14 days! the service seemed to cold and undignified and not what I wanted for our boy. So I went online and found Suffolk Pet Crem. Im so glad I did. They were amazing, Richard who I spoke to, couldn't do enough to help us. (once he could understand me through my tears!) He was very understanding and kind and totally understood what it was that we wanted. He was able to arrange for us to have a paw print done to remember Ted by and when I emailed quite late that night with a request to see our boy one last time it was arranged in a jiffy. The farewell room is something that I didn't know existed and it was a real comfort to be able to say a proper tearful goodbye. Ted was wrapped in a fluffy blanket and just looked snug and sleepy.Even when I picked up his ashes I was given time to sit and reflect about our furry boy with Bill. The whole experience has been comforting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these lovely people to take care of you and your beloved pets. You'd be in good hands

I didn’t deal with you directly. The vets didn’t share a lot of details about where Pebbles was going…I made it clear I wanted her to have a solo cremation and that was it, wasn’t told where. I see your website and wished I had contacted you directly as the reviews were brilliant. I was relieved when I picked up her ashes and she had been to you. I was sad but happy. I loved that there was a certificate to show what date she was cremated, I just wish I had of been there. I’m late leaving this review as she died 30/12/21. Cremated on 5th Jan 22. I just wanted to say thank you.
