Went into the shop today for the 1st time to upgrade my vape from an Amazon cheap stick to something that does the job and properly.. Guy in the shop was very helpful explaining the different types and told me which one would be best for me. I am really pleased he sold me what I need and not just the most expensive one. Highly Recommended.

it's usually fairly quiet and the staff are great, very helpful and friendly at all times. Rosie especially is amazing and always remembers me despite only going in once a month to stock up :-)

I asked for 21700 batteries to be charged and ready to pick up. I went to pick up, and they had charged the wrong batteries. I paid by card and could only refund me cash. The guy was miserable. I wouldn't go there again, no matter how desperate.

The man was so miserable and rude would never go there again the fact we are paying customers and not just browsing as well. He was so unhelpful they need to change there ways or they will loose business

The staff are not very knowledgeable and don't seem too happy but they usually have the coils i need so that's ok for me
