I cannot write a review about this mediums work but only my experience whilst I ended up not getting one.I had a confirmed appointment via Facebook messenger & had booked this speaking to phil directly himself. This was meant to be at 2pm on Monday 9th October. Come this day, I didn’t get a call. I messaged to say I was ready of which I was ignored. A couple of hours later I messaged again to see what the situation was. Someone else was speaking to me on Phil’s page. They basically asked if was on the list.I was a new customer therefore did not know what this ‘list’ was. I just knew I had a confirmed booking in the messages (of which this booking was made only the week before on the 4th October). Concerned.. this person then asked if I had paid. Of which I hadn’t. Phil himself hadn’t told me a price, or any details of payment or even suggested anything needed paying before hand. If he had then I would but not one mention. This therefore meant I had no reading. I was not once notified to say no reading would be happening. I accommodated my day around this appointment. I found the person behind the keyboard not very considerate, maybe even a little off. When I said how would I know to pay first if I’m not told they then sent his bank details & sent me his website. They didn’t even apologise until the end after I digged with messages out of frustration too. I can attatch the conversation to this review if needs be.This situation has not gave me any willing to try book here in future. I don’t normally write negative reviews but I had a not so good experience down to a fault of Phil’s and then not experienced the best customer service .

Very accurate with his message and delivered in a way that we could understand. I visited him in his lovely shop in Worcester and am looking at having a house party in the near future.
