Service and repairs have been reasonably priced and with no problems. However I now thankfully have a call blocker to block their number to stop them calling. Don't ever give them your number, they will not stop their harrassment and that is the reason I will not do business with them again.

I have now asked the representative to remove my number at least 5 times. However, he carries on calling me, being obnoxious by speaking over me, being patronising and ignoring my requests. I warned him the last time that I would report him... I will now as it is illegal for them to keep my details against my wishes AND when asked 5 times to remove them from their system. The chap just would not apologise so now his mobile number is going to be passed onto the police and the ombudsman.

Friendly staff reasonable prices and keep my vacuum going

The Vac is ok.Customer service is terrible.They offer you a Free service" This is just (in my opinion) to sell you another machine or parts that you don't need.They keep phoning you again and again. Despite telling them to piss off many times they plague you. I've tried many many times to get them to stop.However they still continue to phone.I've contacted head office in the uk and they tell me they can't stop the calls."
