Mr Beard gave me a new knee 4 years ago , I have not seen anyone else who has such a neat little scar as the one he gave me after such an operation , also I have really great range of movement in that leg.I'm hoping when my other one needs doing that he will be the person doing it .Louise Carter

The Yorkshire Knee Clinic
Following a meniscectomy in 1973, I developed osteoarthritis of the medial compartment, which meant I needed a partial knee replacement.This was performed at the end of January this year, by Mr Duffy.What a fantastic result! I am now just short of 5 months post op, and my knee is pain free and fully mobile.I got back to walking my dogs 5 miles a day, only 5 weeks after the surgery.Mr Duffy is not only a fantastic surgeon, but also has great interpersonal skills, which is essential, in my opinion, when discussing options for knee pain management.
