I delightful jewelry store where you can make your ladies' eyes sparkle as she peruses the various types and styles of jewelry that is available. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you can try on various items to see if they suit. Some items are more expensive than others, but the quality is very good. Well worth a visit if your are in the area of Greenwich Market.

Took a ring to be resized, due to the stones and the placement it also meant they needed to be reset. I’d budgeted for double so I was over the moon with the cost/ speed and service! It came back so beautiful and shiny! I have told all my friends!

I couldn’t be happier with my bespoke wedding ring. I had it made to fit perfectly with my engagement ring - it’s absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. The team at Autumn and May couldn’t have made the process any easier - they put together the design, consulting with me every step of the way and they were incredibly flexible when it came to me changing my mind and choosing stones. They really bent over backwards to make sure the ring was perfect. My husband’s wedding band was purchased at the same time. He was able to customise it, to get the perfect ring too!

I came today to fix a piece of jewellery that I love so much and despite not being their job to fix it as I didn’t purchase the item there , they have been very kind and helpful . My item was fixed with a smile as act of altruism. Thank you so much, it is wonderful bumping into people like this. Very impressed with the humanity of this place I will defi go back to buy my Christmas presents here!

We went to Autumn and May to custom make our engagement and wedding bands. We had family stones we wanted to use. The process was absolutely incredible. We gave some of our ideas/values and they presented some beautiful mock-up potential designs from there. We made our top 2 choices and those went into next CAD drawing designs and costing options. A very personal and engaging process, and we are over the moon with the final result.

I took a necklace to be amended at Autumn & May and was really impressed with the service. They were able to amend the necklace there and then, incredibly helpful and friendly, and on top of everything didn’t charge as it was a quick job. Fantastic service, would highly recommend.

Ordered my now husbands wedding band and we were worried it would t arrive in time so I contacted customer services and they did everything they could to rush our order and it arrived just in time. Lovely product really happy with his ring and great customer service . Came in a gorgeous wooden box too

I got my engagement ring resized here and I couldn't be happier. A slightly complicated procedure because the stones needed to be removed as well, but the result is incredible. My ring looks stunning and there are no marks to show that a resize was done at all. Very impressed and highly recommended!

We got our rings resized and polished. I also got my earring fixed after it was severely bent. They did an excellent job, super friendly customer service and the jewellery looked fab. We're very pleased. Very reasonably price. Highly recommended!

I love my A&M amethyst ring. It is very unique and high quality. I couldn't find anything better the day I looked , and the big stone ring is a nice statement that matches my other silver jewellery (product R3757P 50). I had to return one item via post and it went smoothly, good communication.
